The lady Moira is very helpful and kind.
The location of the hotel is excellent and within the heart of Rome where most of the spots and shops are there.
The room is in good size and we can open two suitcases and clean.

They were awful. Their website says it is accessible. HA! Even with the elevator fixed it is not in any way accessible. You must go up 2 flights. I believe 1 to get to the elevator and 1 to get to the company door.. These people need to educate themselves on what that word means. Just another company in Rome who pretends to cater to the disabled.
To top it off they lied about even having an elevator. Which was the only reason I booked the establishment.I have an injured knee (torn miniscus) and cannot go up and down the steps.We got there 530 or 6) when the reception was supposed to be there(730),no one was. I'm sure that is by design.that way they can't have a cancellation (24 hr notice) I told him nicely wouldn't be able stay. I made the reservation in good faith that they had thet elevator. i took them at their word that they had the elevator. I told him nicely that I have an injured knee and the elevator was the only reason I booked with them and that I wouldn't be able to stay. He said he couldn't afford to fix it. And that it was the building owners fault. I told him again I didn't ask HIM to fix it. How ridiculous? By now he's repeated that childish excuses at least 3 times.By now yes I'm angry and was yelling.Seriously? He keeps saying about fixing the damn thing. Then he said HIS family owned the hotel.
