Na' Ha' has 4 treatment rooms, including rooms for couples. Services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, sports massages and Swedish massages. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy and reflexology. The spa is equipped with a sauna, a hot tub and a steam room.

The spa is open daily. Children under 17 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision. Guests under 17 years old are not allowed in the spa.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful resort. We loved the atmosphere of the resort, it was so pretty, peaceful and quiet. The service and food was wonderful. The "sales" guy (timeshare) was a little annoying but when he realized we weren't interested he left us alone. That was the only downside was checking in and forced to talk to the "sales' guy right away.

Food and drinks are really good. Everyone is friendly. The excursions were the best part of the stay. Only problem was we didn't have hot/warm water in our room for 4 days. We had mentioned it several times, however it took finding a manager and physically bringing him to the room to prove how cold the water was. They finally fixed it. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience so that was a little disappointing.

Great time at this resort always. Many food options as we could use restaurants at Fiesta Americana as well! Pools recently updated were great! What is the best there are wonderful staff especially Arturo supervising that everyone is cared for and Jose at fish restaurant is always working hard to get everyone what we want!
