This is the best stay in Rome. The service was top notch. Breakfast was served at your door with a preference of times and choices of food. The area is within walking distance to many of the main attractions and restaurants. I would come back to this one. The servers at the next door bar and restaurant were very friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay, the team was so hospitable, were available for all our questions, and the location could not be more perfect. We were right in the middle of all the activity, minutes from historical sites and amazing food, and had a phenomenal time. The area is very conveniently located to a bunch of shops and restaurants and is very walkable to main attractions and metro stations to get a bit further. The staff was amazing. My husband and I didn't have our luggage for the first day because it was lost on the way there and they helped coordinate with the airport luggage service to get it delivered to where we were staying. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Very centrally located, within 30 to 35 minutes walking distance to the Vatican, Colosseum and all the other wonderful sites. A nice plaza outside the front door with 3 restaurants for inside and outside dining. Shopping was close by. Vincent Mercado, the manager, was very helpful arranging transportation to the airport. We had a wonderful 50th Anniversary trip.

The property is wonderfully situated in a beautiful piazza with several good restaurants and Gelateria. The Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon are all less than a ten minute walk away. Despite being in a busy piazza, the room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The only downsides are that I missed having a better meat, cheese, and fruit spread that we have had at other Italian hotels, and the AC struggled to cool the entire room in the blistering July heat. To be fair, it was about 40 degrees C each day, and the room was mainly cool. Our experience was great overall, and we appreciate the attention and courtesy of the staff.

I must say checking into the hotel was a little shocking. There is no lobby, and you have to walk up some very steep stairs to get to check-in which is in a hallway. We arrived at the hotel before check-in and wanted to drop our bags. We had to leave them in the hallway next to other people's rooms. I'm very used to traditional hotels, this is not. However, after my shock of checking in and getting over the fact that there is no elevator, we enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great, and the staff is extremely attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean and very large. I think they have the best croissants I have ever had.

It was unusually hot for Rome, so this may not affect most people, but the air conditioning could not go higher than the lowest fan setting so only the lower area of the room was cool. But it was clean, good location, and a good-looking room!
