Excellent Hotel and service! The rooms are spacious, and the clean. The staff is friendly, helpful, and service oriented. We were here for Diwali, and the hotel celebrated with fireworks. The restaurant on the 7th floor, Horizon, is the best in Vizag. Highly recommended!

The rooms pictures on the booking websites in comparison to the premium rooms are disappointing. The wifi connection was poor all the time. There were no proper amenities provided in the room like towels, dental kits, etc. when we reached. They provided towels that were rough like sandpaper. The good part about the stay was the food although it was overpriced. Overall an OK stay. I would have preferred for Four Points Sheraton with the tariff I paid at Dolphin.

Smoking suffocating rooms even in non-smoking room

Requested for a non-smoking room, however looks like all the rooms are smoking- they spray some room fresh when complaining. They claim they have non-smoking room, but it’s a wrong claim. Definitely not recommend with kids, they feel suffocated.
