Die Einzelzimmer sind ausreichend ausgestattet. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Teppichboden, das ist schrecklich, da will man nicht drüber nachdenken was sich alles an Milben sammelt! Im Bad war ein ekelhafter Geruch, nur auszuhalten wenn man die ganz Zeit die Lüftung laufen lässt!- da Frühstück ist angemessen, anstatt der Waffeln wären Eier besser!

Die Betreiber sind super nett. Trotz Feierabend im 23:00 Uhr hat man auf meine Ankunft für persönlichen Check-In gewartet. Sehr gutes Frühstück - sehr empfehlenswert. Immer wieder gerne.

Schnuckliges Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe!

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war super, weil man dann mit dem ÖPNV alle Ziele in Hagen und einige außerhalb erreichen konnte. Nur die Fenster zur Straße konnte man über Nacht nicht öffnen, weil es dann zu laut wurde.

Personal sehr freundlich. Mobiliar abgewohnt. Teilweise nicht richtig geputzt. Fingernagel im Bett und Zahnstocher neben dem Nachttisch. Speisenangebot einfach. Der Joghurt war sauer und der Käse auch gekippt. Leider können wir das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.

Freundliches Personal und solides Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Einrichtung etwas älter. Leider drang der Straßenlärm nachts laut durch das geschlossene Fenster, sodass eine ruhige Nacht nur mit Ohropax gewährleistet war. Bis auf diese Tatsache war es ein netter Aufenthalt.

Insgesamt war die Unterkunft für eine Übernachtung okay. Bei der Ankunft wurde einem gesagt, dass man den Zimmerschlüssel bei verlassen des Hotels abgeben sollte. Jedoch erscheint dies unsicher, da es im Einzelzimmer keinen Safe gibt. Die Rezeption war abends nicht besetzt, als ich zum Hotel zurückkehrte und meinen Zimmerschlüssel wieder haben wollte. Es stand keine Nachricht an der Rezeption und die Schlüssel wären frei zugänglich gewesen, lediglich eine Kamera an der Decke würde einen Unbefugten identifizieren, jedoch das eindringen nicht behindern. Die Zimmertüren scheinen nicht Brandschutzgesichert und sind immer abzuschließen, da die Tür von außen nicht automatisch geschlossen ist. Des Weiteren lag das Zimmer zur Straße, Nachts war es etwas lauter bei geöffnetem Fenster. Das Fenster musste geöffnet bleiben da es sonst zu warm im Zimmer war. Zudem war unmittelbar am Fenster an der Außenwand die Hotelbeleuchtung an, welche Nachts für viel Helligkeit sorgte und einen vom Schlafen abhielt. Das Schlafen wurde durch ein sehr hartes großes Kissen weiter erschwert, die Ohren taten nach kurzer Zeit weh. Das zweite, kleinere Kissen war weicher, jedoch zu dünn. Das Einzelbett ist keine 2m lang und am Fußende steht direkt eine Kommode, die das ausstrecken der Beine unmöglich macht. Das Frühstück war ok, es fehlt leider an Vollkorn alternativen (Brötchen)
