Front desk was chaotic during check in. Employee’s English was very difficult to understand for us and other guests checking in. Hotel priority is not well maintained. Room was sub-par and had a dingy odor. Mattress was uncomfortable. AC unit was too loud.

Below average
Booked a no smoking room and upon arrival room stank of cigarettes so that was nice. Below average and way too much money for what you get.
