People were fighting and running up and down the balcony! The heater in our room was terrible it was either all the way up or nothing it was missing parts and the knob was taped the help rig it to work!!

You and them took my money i paid for a hotel room formy daughter and her children. The room and blood stains and was so dirty she couldnt have her kids sleep in. I tried talking with and them about a refund but nothing was done because of the it will be thw last time i use expedia.

The property managers were very inconsiderate. They misled me to thinking I had paid for an additional night. They went into the room and threw out my son’s personal belongings which included clothes, shoes, driver’s license, medicine, awnings for truck, medical papers and toiletries. I would have paid the additional night had I been informed. If you check my check in you will see I signed up for September 7. I should have checked 7and 8. When I gave my credit card to the manager he pretended he charged the card for an additional night. When my son returned at approximately 1:30 Saturday all of his belongings were thrown out! The property managers lack integrity and transparency to the customers. Will not recommend this location to anyone.

HORRIBLE!

I stayed here for one night, the only thing I can say is do not get your hopes up. You might book a room and think you’re getting a deluxe queen one bed, with a jetted tub, but when you use your keycard to walk into a double bed with a tiny tub. When asking the front desk service ladies what happened they just tell you they upgraded the room to a double bed because they over booked the room and management “forgot to fix it”. A double bed, with dirty body/face towels, crumbs on the floor included as well is an upgrade from a jetted tub room. I decided to settle because I had to go to work, I work from 6pm-4pm. I woke up maybe 30 minutes before check out and tried to call down to the front desk to let them know I was going to be late leaving out, to even see if I can extend the check out time. The dang phone didn’t even work, so with only so much time to get ready I decided to take the initiative and hurry up and get ready to leave. SAD CHOICE after my shower house keeping was at my door barging in, I haven’t even had the chance to put on clothes demanding me to leave because it past check out. I even tried to explain that I tried calling I ever slept, I’ll be ready in minute he still tried shoving his way in. Thank God I had the security latch on the door, I tried speaking with the front desk lady about this and she gets upset with me for being upset… I honestly would never stay here again, I’m a SA victim and that’s just room for PTSD… Motel 6 needs new management!!

One room the door would not close enough to lock and the bathroom was gross, the other room had dirty sheets and the phone didn’t work at all! Cheap prices mean they don’t care if it’s clean. Not to mention the dogs in every other room were all barking.

Check in went fine but when asked about a lower level room due to being handicapped they said that there isn't one clean so they wouldnt be able to accommodate but gave me a room on the 2nd floor. And said its just a few steps to go up. More like 15-20 steps but anyway. And the room was ok for what the price was . It was clean, the bathroom was clean and the only thing that there was a problem with is the refrigerator didnt work. But overall it was annok place to sray for a night and price was good!

Everyone was super nice in the office. All of the people staying here were pet friendly. It was amazing! The room was clean until someone moved in the second week and brought roaches with them. We only had a few a day but we dealt with them on our own. We would definitely stay again for the money! It needs updating. Their tv service is awful. You have to sign into your account for everything you watch. If you don’t stream you don’t watch anything! Unless others forgot to sign out if their accounts when they checked out. Then you can watch everything in their accounts! They need to fix that!
