Cet hôtel ce divise en 2 catégories… le personnel de réception et les femmes de chambre sont irréprochables… et le personnel de restauration qui lui est déplorable, a la limite du zéro pointé… le personnel du service restaurant est totalement OUT !!! Désagréable et professionnellement complètement dépassé… les choix sont limités et faire la queue durant de longue minute pour être servi est monnaie courante… hôtel très bien pour dormir, à éviter pour manger.

Séjour début du mois de janvier 2023, très très bien accueillis a la réception surtout de la part de monsieur ali ,qui nous a attribué une chambre magnifique vue sur mer. Hôtel très bien rénové et entretenu, propre,bien décoré avec des chambres spacieuses refaitent chaque jour sans problème, piscine et plage propres avec de joli gazons . Pour la restauration de cette hôtel la direction doit travailler d'avantage et fournir plus d'efforts pour être a la haureur d'un 5 étoiles ,buffets doit être plus varié, manque de poissons surtout dans une ville côtière . Au petit-déjeuner le lait n'est pas a la hauteur, le café express n'est pas vraiment bon et fait avec de café de mauvaise qualité . Le personnel du resto discutent trop entre-eux a haute voix le matin a un point ou ça gêne quelqu'un qui prends son petit-déjeuner tranquillement. En fin je conseil vivement cette hôtel , calme propre et bien sécurisé avec qualité prix acceptable.

Alt handler om forventinger. Hotellrangering er ikke det samme i Tunisia som i Europa. Selv om hotellet er klassifisert med 5 stjerner så vil jeg si at det holder heller en 4-stjerners standard. Rommene er store og det rommet vi hadde var oppusset og romslig - hele 75 kvadratmeter med to rom for en familie på fem. Fantastisk utsikt og romslig balkong. Frokosten var det ingenting å utsette på, men den var heller ikke ekstravagant. Mye å velge mellom og standard elementer som omelett laget på bestilling, pannekaker, belgiske vafler m.m. Om du vil ha middag på kvelden, sørg for å bestille halvpensjon på forhånd. Dropper du middagen en kveld eller to vil du likevel spare på å bestille halvpensjon. Skal du betale for en middagsbuffet på hotellet koster den 60 dinarer pr voksen og 30 dinarer for barn. Maten er grei nok den, men definitivt ikke verdt 60 dinarer. Om du vurderer all-inclusive, gå for soft. De lokale vinene som er inkludert smaker helt forferdelig. Kjøp heller vin i tillegg. Jeg vil anbefale å gå for de vinene som koster rundt 50 dinarer flaska - som f.eks Domaine Shadrapa. Utearealene er fine. Flott utebasseng.
