酒店各方面都不錯，但退房時住宿與早餐的帳單是分開兩張收據開給的,我們要求將兩者開成同一張發票上，酒店堅持不給開，說是法規規定酒店跟早餐的錢是不能開在一起的。但我們住里約熱內盧同樣的 Ibis 酒店就可以開在一張發票上 , 為什麼里約可以，聖保羅市卻不可以，這點是我們最不滿意的地方。
All aspects of hotel are good, but the Accommodation and Breakfast Bill is separate from the two receipts made out to, although we asked to combine these two items to open on the same invoice, the hotel insistsed on not to open, said it is their regulations defined that the hotel room rate with breakfast fee can not open together. But we lived in the same Ibis hotel in Rio de Janeiro a couple days ago, which opened those 2 items on an invoice, why can Rio, São Paulo can not, this is our most dissatisfied place.
