I love that it is a smaller hotel and you get to meet other guest at breakfast and at the bar. The loction is right in the center of everything, It feels more like a big guesthouse. The owners engagement and the team that works at this property has a level of service that is simply unmatched when traveling abroad. They make you feel like you are part of their family. I gave this review five stars across the board because I have always traditionally had a fantastic experience; however, I stayed in room 101 this time, and the toilet continually ran during my stay and there was an electrical issue that caused nonstop buzzing in my wall and it sounded like a plane was about to takeoff during my entire stay. They were very prompt in responding to my concern; however, it is not something they were able to fix as a neighbors pool timer or heater was using the same electrical outlet through the wall as was provided to me for my nightstand. This place is a gem! I would suggest staying on the second floor facing the street, if at all possible, if you are looking for a quiet stay.
