I liked my staying at the hotel. The staff were super kind and attentive. Room service was amazing. Though, I consider the gym area should be improved. There was no AC and the machines were not working. I paid for a sea view, and I was not able to open the window nor see, due to the window was dirty.

Una buena opción para hospedarte, el personal es muy atento. Sin embargo las instalaciones no se encuentran en buen estado, se tuvo que cambiar de habitación ya que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado ni la propia televisión, me dieron bebidas de cortesía. También, tener precaución en el área de piscina en la tarde-noche, ya que salieron roedores. Se presentó el incidente al personal y comentaron que ya había pasado previamente.

En mi opinión hay una pésima dirección del hotel, estuvimos los días 8, 9 y 10 sin agua caliente, sin mas comentarios q unas horas iban a resolverlo. Fue hasta el domingo q nos ofrecieron un desayuno a manera de compensación, lo q habla del su mal sentido de la propicionalidad. Somos dos adultos mayores con limitaciones en nuestra movilidad, nos ofrecieron un lugar cercano al vestíbulo q no respetaron, el estacionamiento en el S1 no está comunicado por medios mecánicos al vestíbulo. Para compensar un poco nuestra mala experiencia con el agua, solicitamos un descuento para una noche más y el precio q nos dieron era muy superior al q pagamos con Expedia (me parece q fue una manera de decir no), es una marca de prestigio en manos poco capacitadas. El primer día resulta que no tenían agua caliente porque se descompuso algo desde dos días antes aparentemente, y nunca avisaron al registrarnos. Afortunadamente se resolvió al segundo día el tema del agua . En cuanto a limpieza en el cuarto, la verdad mal, no limpiaron nada, solo sacaron la basura de los botes y tendieron la cama. El personal de restaurante más que excelente, un super servicio de meseros y personal en alberca.
