La struttura non rispecchia minimamente le foto. Pulizia veramente inesistente, rifiniture pessime. Ci siamo recati nel bar in cui avevamo la colazione pagata ma abbiamo notato che la domenica ha il giorno di chiusura. Siamo stati, quindi, costretti a dare colazione in un altro bar a spese nostre. Non lo consiglio minimamente a nessuno. Per concludere siamo andati via e non abbiamo ricevuto i soldi di resto.

DESASTRE!

Nos dieron una habitación desastrosa. Se caian las baldosas i el suelo estava sucio. El aire acondiciinado tenia el ventilador dentro por lo que, teniamos ruido i calor. El trato desagradable y ninguna prestación confortable por lo que pagamos.

Not as advertised. New location. Room so small that could not fully open bathroom door. Shelf over bathroom sink slanted down so useless for holding stuff. Shower nozzle loose so did not stay in right orientation. Breakfast advertised but just croissant r and coffee at bar next door. The only positive was the location and overall cleanliness.

Good location

The address for B&B need to be updated and renamed. It’s kind of tricky -you need to make an appointment with owner via email for check in time, then go first at 196 Via Etnea and buzz Catania Etnea (the door might be closed), then pay cash and get keys (3 of them). The real name for B&B is Massimo Gallery 208 Via Etnea. It’s a nice room with all the amenities requested and many TV channels all in Italian, but location is perfect. Might be a little noisy if you have neighbors in other room-they can slam the entrance door very late at night. Breakfast is around the corner in cafeteria, but don’t expect American breakfast-only croissant and good coffee. All the stores brand and discounted ones are around the corner as well as any range of food joints (street, cheap cafes/restaurants or elegant). Bus stop Alibus is 10 meters on Via Etnea, runs every 25 min and only cost 5 euros. I don’t recommend of leaving the bag with the owner since he might not be in the lobby when you need to pick up the bag and the lobby is locked. But you can always call him in advance. Checking out was at 11am, he was not there and I left the keys with concierge (there are other B&B there as well as residents). Overall I was happy with the room and location.

very bad stay

There is a jacuzzi in the bathroom, but it was not working. What's more hot water run out after 10 minutes! Taking a shower in the out of service jacuzzi was a nightmare. Although cleaning service is included in the price, our room was't cleaned during our stay. The owner just came to give us toilette papier and siad that ' no cleaning today'. Very disappoininting. Room is very dark, the only Window is located in front of patio, and it Does not let too much light in the room. Moreover the room was airless and smelled no good. I can't recommend that hotel to stay - you had better choose some other place.

God lokation.

Stedet har en fantastisk lokation, da det ligger midt på en af de største butiks gader i byen og man er i god gå afstand til det hele. Stedet har dog skiftet navn undervejs, men ejer skrev til os med det nye navn og adresse dag før vi skulle checke ind. Ejeren eller hans kæreste er der kun i begrænset tid mellen 9-21. Der skal betales med kontanter. Kærsten, som er der i noget af tiden kan ikke engelske og ejeren hat kun begrænset engelske kundskaber, men man kan dog kommunikere med dem, med lidt tegnsprog. Vi fik ikke det værelse som vi havde bestilt, da steder åbenbart havde skiftet lokation. Morgenmaden er ægte italiensk. En croissant og en kop espresso eller cappuccino.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay at B&B Massimo Centro. The hosts were very nice although they don't speak much English, but it wasn't a big problem - we understood what we needed to underatand. Location is awesome, close to the city centre, but the room is located inside a building so you don't hear any of the street's noise. Breakfasts are delicious. Bed was comfy, everything was clean, maybe shower cabin could be a bit more clean, but not a big problem. I highly recommend. And one tip for future guests - follow the address hosts gave you, the office has a name B&B Catania Etnea, don't know why, so don't panic if you don't see Massimo Centro anywhere

Muy buena estadía!!

Nos fue muy bien. Esperaron hasta que llegamos y eso que fue muy tarde porque tuvimos un retraso en el vuelo. El desayuno es en el bar de al lado y es muy rico. La limpieza excelente y tiene aire acondicionado.

B & B Massimo Centro si trova nel centro della città ad una distanza di soli cinque minuti dall autobus, auto noleggio, negozi, ristoranti, ..... Il personale è molto disponibile e non pone a loro nessun problema per accogliere gli ospiti anche dopo le 24 ore. E 'importante notare che la camera ed il bagno sono veramente molto puliti. Sono davvero felice di aver trascorso le mie vacanze in questo hotel e vorrei suggerire a tutti di scegliere il B & B Massimo Centro!

Alti e bassi

Se da un lato la camera rispondeva perfettamente alle foto pubblicate nel sito, il letto era molto comodo, il bagno idromassagio funzionante e molto invitante, alcune difficoltà all'arrivo sono state innegabili. Intanto il B&B non è all'idirizzo indicato nel sito. Ho dovuto fare un giro e poi telefonando scoprire finalmente dove era. Altra sorpresa è stato il pagamento. La cifra era esattamente quella pubblicizzata al momento della prenotazione, ma non si può pagare con una carta di credito. Solo in contanti (nonostante i dati della carta di credito inseriti al momento della prenotazione). La colazione, non nella struttura, ma al bar vicino e limitata ad un caffè (o cappuccino) e un cornetto. Il personale (unica persona) sempre presente alla reception e molto disponibile. Indubbiamente la posizione è ottima, molto centrale e comoda per girare la città, come per cenare.

Ottimo b&b in pieno centro

Ho soggiornato 2 gg in questo b&b con la mia famiglia e devo dire che il soggiorno e'stato davvero piacevole. Premetto che si tratta di un b&b e quindi di conseguenza non ci si può attendere il lusso di un albergo a 4 stelle ma se si vuole visitare Catania e' l'ideale. Partiamo dall'accoglienza: mi hanno innanzitutto contattato per saper del mio arrivo, sono arrivato nel primo pomeriggio ed il personale è stato disponibilissimo nel farmi parcheggiare all'interno del palazzo,aiutarmi a scaricare le valigie senza mettermi fretta. La camera era bella ampia e alla richiesta di farmi cambiare il lettino perché non mi soddisfava sono stato accontentato ed in serata avevo il lettino nuovo. Le lenzuola erano pulite e fresche. Il personale mi ha inoltre fornito indicazioni utili su dove parcheggiare, cosa vedere ...dove mangiare...insomma mi sembrava di essere da un familiare,davvero una bella accoglienza. Pur essendo in pieno centro la notte si dorme tranquilli e la camera era ben insonorizzata. La colazione (ti danno un buono) era fatta nella miglior pasticceria di Catania ( Spinella) e prevede un dolce di vario tipo ( cornetto, brioches o altro dolce) ed una bevanda calda o fredda (caffè, cappuccino o succo) ma vi dico tra i migliori dolci che abbia mai mangiato perché la pasticceria presso la quale si fa la colazione è la migliore di Catania e potete chiedere ai catanesi. Anche nel check out sono stati gentili perché mi sono trattenuto ben oltre il dovuto sino alle 14
