超絶便利で良いホテル

朝食メニューの少なさ、朝食時間の遅さは改善してほしい。部屋には洗濯機が有り、助かった！せっかくキッチン付きの部屋なのに、ロックされていて使えないのは残念。また、エアコンがついているのに、全く機能せず寒かった。予約してからホテルとのやり取りのために、アプリを入れなければならなかったが、まったく使えずに面倒くさかった。立地、周辺の環境、その他、特に問題ない。

Florence Firenze

Suite had a great view of Piazza and minutes walk from Florence’s main museums and cathedrals. Comfortable bed and clean En suite bathroom. Having a bathtub was a bonus too. Continental breakfast with great pastries and good coffee too. Very courteous and helpful staff and good video directions right to the room, something not given by many hotels!

The location is in a main square and very easy to get to all the primary sites. The hotel is in a 600-year old building so very quaint but we enjoyed staying there. There were 3 of us in the room (2 adults and a teenager) but it was big enough to feel you had space and service was very good. The only negative was that it is advertised with "laundry" as an amenity, but there is no laundry and we needed to walk a few blocks for a self service. Full laundry service distance was much farther and prohibitive for us.

Great the location. But the rest is no good: Breakfast is the worst I have so far in Europe. Diluted juice; some mornings there were no fruit at all and some mornings there were apples only. No hot food. Bed is way too soft and I literally had back pain after sleeping every night there. The mattress sinks when I sleep in and I’m not heavy at all. Just poor quality or old mattress. The shower room is also very small and blocks while showering.

The hotel location is convenient, being in walking distance to major attractions. Hotel itself is good, albeit our room AC unit leaked the first night and we needed to call the hotel staff for a technician to fix it; it was taken care of the next day. Everything was great afterwards, including the provided the breakfast and room service.

The location was ideal but the property was older rundown and the management is poor. Most of the time there is nobody there we were giving a ring of keys to get in and out because the touchpad was not working consistently. The coffee machine was broken the tie back hookfor the curtains was broken and fell out on the floor so they used a big squirt of caulking and taped it to the wall with a piece of masking tape. The shower was poor only had glass covering a third of the opening so the floor would get wet every time we shower. The pillows for the floor as well as the white sheets had stains very poor up keep maintenance. In the US this would be an 85 dollar per night hotel

Great place to stay. Perfect location for getting around Florence and needing to come back. The staff completed the experience, straight from the get go we were given top service. Shown different places to visit and what was worth doing whilst we were there. We could not recommend this place enough! Grazie!

Also das Zimmer ist in einem im Jahr 1700 erbauten Haus, ist renoviert und sehr bequem, die Umgebung ist einfach magisch, Schritte entfernt vom historischen Zentrum Firenzes! Einfach magisch!

Such a lovely place to stay! Everything was perfect and the staff was so kind. The terrace unfortunately wasn’t clean enough to enjoy but honestly we were not there as much as we thought. I’d stay again! Breakfast options were nice but light. Still happy with adding it to the room upgrade. Best little candies at the front desk!

Lors de ma récente expérience dans cet établissement, j'ai rencontré plusieurs points qui méritent d'être soulevés. Au départ, le choix de la chambre n'était pas clair. J'avais réservé une chambre rouge à Bal d'Aquin, mais après avoir confirmé ma réservation, j'ai découvert qu'elle était bleue. À mon arrivée, la chambre qui m'a été attribuée était finalement jaune. De plus, j'ai dû payer un supplément de 40 euros car ma voiture est un SUV, ce qui m'a semblé discutable. J'ai également dû réserver moi-même un garage, mais je tiens à remercier le personnel pour leur aide précieuse à ce sujet. Concernant le mobilier, certaines chaises étaient inutilisables en raison de leur ancienneté et de leur état, ce qui ne correspondait pas au niveau de confort attendu. On pourrait penser que l'on dort dans un meuble ancien plutôt que dans un lit. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, il était correct, mais j'ai regretté l'absence de mets locaux, ce qui aurait pu enrichir l'expérience. Heureusement, le personnel était compréhensif et la réception a fait preuve d'empathie, ce qui a quelque peu atténué l'impact de ces désagréments. Néanmoins, cela ne correspondait pas à l'image que l'on se fait de l'établissement à travers les photographies sur le site internet. De plus, j'ai remarqué que le prix de la chambre affiché en ligne était bien plus bas que celui présenté sur le site hôtel.com, qui qualifie cet endroit comme un hôtel, ce que je considère comme une erreur. Me senti morando em Firenze, o quarto parece um apartamento de tão grande, arquitetura antiga mas bem conservada, no coração da cidade, ao lado dos pontos turísticos. A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa e simpática, apesar de não ter recepção 24h, mantiveram contato via WhatsApp o tempo inteiro, explicando o acesso ao hotel, até vídeos enviaram e mesmo assim ainda deixaram uma atendente até a noite somente para nos esperar. Tem um bom café da manhã incluso, o que hoje em dia é raro. Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza.

The room was very close to the kitchen where breakfast was served and as soon as they came in to clean it up, from 7 o'clock onwards you could hear footsteps and the sound of plates and glasses being thrown. I had to ask to be moved to a less noisy room, although it was quite smaller and without a view, although I accepted because I prefer that to the noise.
