It's a good hotel! Definitely valuable! Breakfast is good. The building is a bit old, but room is clean and tidy. They provide water, free coffee and tea at the lobby. Computers at the back of the reception if you need it. The site is so convenient, the Plaza de la republica is just 3 minutes walk. Good restaurants around. Circle K is at the corner. I was worried about noisy when I get the room at the first floor, but amazing it's quiet in the night. And the metrobus line 7 is near which covers many major sightseeing point, but remember to get a travel card first, cause they don't accept cash.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, está cómodo y acogedor, lo único que no nos encantó fueron las porciones de los alimentos y que si pides huevos, las tortillas te las cobran aparte.

There were some good and bad with this stay. The good was the location of the hotel to access for tours and the centre. The bad was the WIFI and service in the restaurant. The food took a long time and had to pay extra to get eggs added to the breakfast. The WIFI was not strong and we had to keep switching between the two signals to find one that worked. Turn right when exiting this hotel! If you turn left, especially in the evening, you will see street workers that only come out in the evening looking for a good time!!

Excelente servicio y ubicación. Bonitas instalaciones y buen trato del personal. Deberían contratar más meseros para el desayuno los domingos; la mesera no puede con tanto trabajo.

Buena experiencia, ubicación, atención del personal. Check in hasta las 3pm llegamos 2.30pm y aun no se podía. El ruido de la TV de otra habitación se escuchaba, pueden mejorar eso.

Quarto com cama confortável, bem limpo, mas ar condicionado fazia um barulho que incomodava ao dormir. Acústica do quarto não é tão boa. O café da manhã deixou a desejar. Peguei a estadia por ter este benefício a mais, mas indico buscar outras opções de mesma categoria com um café da manhã melhor. Todos os dias fomos conhecer lugares para comer bem e de forma diferente.

Das Hotel ist soweit ok. Lage ist gut. Leider spricht kaum jemand wirklich gut Englisch. In solch einem Hotel sollte man es erwarten. Viel internationale Reisegruppen übernachten hier. Frühstückservice lässt zu wünschen übrig. Zu klein der Raum. Wenn dann eine Reisegruppe gleichzeit Frühstück besteht für andere Gäste keine Chance in der nächsten halben Stunde einen Platz zu finden.
