Quirky! Low ceilings, uneven floors, very old building. Landlord is friendly, as are the staff. Good breakfasts! Live music some evenings. Enjoyed the stay. Very convenient for visiting my mum!

Beautiful old pub with comfortable, clean accommodation and friendly staff. Food was very basic, no fruit for breakfast, or even fruit juice but did do full english. Location was beautiful.

A real character inn
It's a lovely place - the location in Broughton village is perfect. It's an old building, some wonky floors, low ceilings - it has character and i loved it. Full English breakfast was high quality and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. There is plenty of parking

A lovely, welcomong place to stay
We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming (Thanks Cathy & your husband). The room was quaint but just fine, the bed was comfortable and we slept well. And the food was great.
