百花教堂附近, 地點好

地點在百花教堂的另一邊街, 初時有點不好找, 酒店在老式的建築物上 電梯很小, 2個人+2個行李就滿了, 但有電梯已經很不錯了, 離主要景點非常近, 但相對離火車站有點遠, 問題是拉著行李在石仔路上拉20多分鐘找酒店真不好受... 房間很大, 設施也不錯, 因為是HONEYMOON, 服務員(兩個年青美女)還為我們準備了香檳, 很貼心. 早餐是在另一間餐廳, 走路約3分鐘, 迷你朱古力牛角超級好吃, 缺點是有蚊吧?!

Great stay! Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay! The hotel is in a 4 storey apartment next to the Duomo. It has lift. The room is comfortable and clean, just as seen in the pics. they provide electric kettle and tea and some fruit. the breakfast is provided in a chic restaurant in a nearby street, and it's great! We enjoyed very much staying in this hotel, will definitely stay again and recommend to others

Great location near Domo and walkable to all attractions. The breakfast option is at a nearby restaurant when selected. Decent buffet style, better quality than what you experience from American chain hotels.

Great, affordable, safe and clean place to stay!

Check in is a little bit confusing, just need clear indication at the entrance of building that you need to take the elevator to A level to check in, other than that, ladies at reception are polite, helpful and friendly! Building is clean and safe, room is roomy and clean and location couldn’t be better! Right in the center of town, walkable everywhere and stores and restaurants even laundromats at a short walking distance. Breakfast service is provided at a restaurant short walk from the hotel, simple but good options provided to fill your stomach and prepare for a day of sightseeing. I Would definitely stay here again!

Poor air-conditioning

Upon arrival we were greeted by two very pleasant associates. We checked in. As soon as we got there, we tried to turn the air conditioning to be cooler. It was not working. One of the young ladies came to our room and tried adjusting it. We spent a very uncomfortable night the first night. I returned to the office on the morning of June 11 and complained that the room was not cooling. The second room that my son-in-law, grandchildren, and daughter were in was absolutely fine. I was told on June 11 that the housekeeping staff had reported water on the floor and our unit was not working correctly. She at that time said she would contact the manager. At that time we were given a fan and some sort of cooling unit that was dirty. At 11:30 PM the second night we were trying to cool down the room with the fans and clean the cooling unit that was provided. The next morning we met with the manager and she was Very unpleasant. She tried to tell us that the rooms were absolutely fine and that the air conditioning is an older unit, and we are just not used to having the room as cool as we would like. I knew that she was being dishonest, because the workers the day before told us that the unit was not working and that they had called someone and they had not showed up. The second room that my son-in-law, daughter, and grandchildren were in, was absolutely fine and cooled perfectly. I feel that she rude and inconsiderate, We were moved to another room. Emailed hotel to no avail.

Próximo da Duomo com café da manhã

A hospedagem é em quartos com banheiro em andar de prédio misto. Tem elevador pois fica no segundo andar. A sinalização do checkin onde fica a administração pode melhorar pq não avisa que está no A (mezanino)do elevador. Café da manhã em uma linda cafeteria com atendimento e produtos de primeira e não longe do prédio dos quartos. Valeu o investimento!
