地段不错，自助入住

其实不算酒店，连B&B都不是。所有手续，入住离开都不见主人，费用在预定当天就扣除。入户大门密码提前一天邮件告知，具体房间密码要到了之后电话对方才能得到。屋内所有物件在离开时必须保持跟入住时一样的标准。没错，没有服务。用过的碗叉盘要洗干净放好，垃圾投放需按照屋内的提吿书处理。除了不需要把用过的被单洗干净。

Excellent

I was stay at Lacrano Suite for only 4 days, which made me love Kitsilano so much. It is very convenience to Downtown and Boardway City Hall (just within 10 mins transportation time) and to several market stores (just take few minutes walk). Besides, it equip with a full set of cooking and eating utensils, even the dishwasher!! Denise, thank for your help and concern! Manfred and Carol, thanks for providing a nice suite for us!

Fabulous!

Amazing location and many comforts. Beds and bedding were wonderful. Bread, milk, coffee, butter and juice for the first few days was a lifesaver. Very responsive to leaking toilet, and problems with penthouse gas fireplace.

The property was well maintained and the owner communicated effectively. Nice welcome touch with a loaf of bread, milk and orange juice. Somehow I misinterpreted Two bedroom suite as two bathrooms - my bad! It worked out alright for my mom and husband. There was a construction going on nearby but they were done early enough, didn't bother our dinner hours at home. Overall, nice stay.

The unit we stayed at at Alma Manor could not have been more comfortable or more pleasant. A short walk to the beach, a short walk (1 block) to a street with cafés and restaurants and a very good bus route. The owner was extremely accommodating and answered any questions we had promptly. I will recommend Alma Manor to any friends traveling to Vancouver and have already done so.

It was quite a treat to stay here. We loved the easy access to transportation to get wherever we wanted. It's a nice walk to the beach and there are ample grocery options nearby. We used bikes, transit and feet to get around and absolutely loved Vancouver. Our downstairs Irish neighbors were a bit noisy but otherwise it was a quite neighborhood.

Mal lugar para hospedarse.

Rentamos un Pen House, por 10 dias. El mismo nos lo entregaron no al 100 porciento de limpio. La tele nunca sirvio. Le dijimos al dueño y nunca hizo nada al respecto. Pesimo servicio. De igual forma hay cucarachas en el edificio y en los departamentos, cocina baños etc lo que de igual forma le hicimos del conocimiento al dueño y no hizo nada. En las camas aparecieron animales rastreros que nos dieron picazon. Hay una construccion enfrente que hace ruido sin cesar de 8 a 6 de la tarde. Nunca limpian el edificio. Habia basura de dias atras que nunca vaciaron en el centro se lavado. Muy mal lugar para hospedarse y caro y lejos de las atracciones turisticas. Jamas hicieron la limpieza por 10 dias. Y quieren que al final de la estancia tu si les entregues un depto limpio.

Enjoyable stay

Alma Suites were very clean. The entrance spray smell was not to my taste but that was not important. The seating in the entrance and outside was lovely to sit in. The property is on a pretty road, with on street parking and close to a convenient bus route. Also walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants etc. And a beach. Plenty of hot water fir the shower and bath. Communication with the owner was excellent. The studio flat had everything we needed except personally, we would have liked curtains as well as blinds as the early morning sun in June woke us up. A fan was provided but only one window opened for fresh air. As the studio was on the ground floor, maybe that is for security. Overall, we stayed 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was so thoughtful of the hosts to leave orange juice, milk and bread in the fridge as a welcome! The only thing we didn’t love was the bed - not entirely comfortable, especially the pillows were the kind with very little give, unfortunately. This wouldn’t stop me from booking again, though. The place was beautiful, clean, a reasonable price and the host was very thoughtful and easy to communicate with. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

This was a great place for a couple with 4 kids spending a week in Vancouver. There was no air conditioning, but we were comfortable at night when we opened windows. The area is great, located near lots of beaches and excellent public transit.
