I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff members were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The location itself is also very accessible, making it quick and easy to get around London. I had a comfortable stay and would highly recommend it!

Decent enough for a stay after visiting the O2 without the extortionate prices of closer hotels on concert nights. Next to DLR station which is very convenient.

5/5 Stars I stayed here for 4 days and it was a really pleasant experience from start to finish. Check-in was quick and easy, the room was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable. Staff were welcoming and always happy to help. The area was nice and quiet, yet close to everything I needed. Excellent service and great value I’d definitely stay here again.

On a passé une semaine merveilleuse. Nous étions choyées, le service était magnifique. George et son équipe étaient aux petits soins avec nous et étaient super gentils et serviables. On reviendra certainement dans le même hôtel! Merci!

This is an amazing property. We loved it and we will be visiting again. The manager was top class. We requested a room change because we wanted to be on the top floor or something higher than the first floor. The manager didn’t think twice and allowed us to move to a different room. We loved the bed, the bathroom and everything. We will be visiting again and it was like a home away from home. Everything was TOP CLASS. ❤️

There is absolutely no parking on site. The paid “nearby” parking is over a 7 minute walk back. Not only that, but when we drove over there were no more parking spaces. Furthermore, once we found parking and did the long walk back in the freezing rain, I got in the shower only to find someone’s hairs all over the shower wall, door and floor. After travelling so far to get to the hotel, it was really not great.

First off, the parking IS NOT FREE as listed on here. It’s £13 overnight. Second, when I called to pre-book it, I was not told that the parking actually isn’t available at this location but at another one relatively nearby, I only found this out after we arrived at the hotel and couldn’t find the parking anywhere (which is very stressful in London traffic) and then I had to search on the website to find out that we actually needed to drive to the other location, get the code inside, and then carry all of our things back to our hotel. Another point here is that we didn’t see any handicap accessible way to enter or exit the garage as a pedestrian. Once we got to the hotel the staff was lovely and welcoming, and the room was clean so no complaints there!

The housekeeping service would only be done once you book for a week or stay for seven nights at least, and you can ask the staffs to have your towels changed everyday.

Room is good. With small kitchen. Providing effortable self laundry facilities definitely a plus point. However the location may not be convenience for tourist. It normally needs to take 35-40 mins to famous places. Compare to the price and facilities I will still recommend this to budget constraint travellers

A clean, comfortable, and convenient hotel.

Nice service and near metro/supermarket. Although the room we stayed is a little small for two persons, it has all the equipments we needed, including a nice kitchen. Worthy of a short-term staying.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I stayed for a week and it was nice to come back "home" after a long day exploring London. The room was very comfortable and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were are all very friendly and helpful. The location was great, right next to the DLR which takes you right into the heart of London in just 15-20 minutes. The neighbourhood was lovely, colourful and vibrant. The coop grocery store next door is very convenient too. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

This was just what I was looking for--a great long-stay option with a kitchen and good transportation options close by. The kitchenette had a sink, fridge, microwave, cooktop, and a dishwasher. And there was air con, which was much-needed since June 2022 was brutally hot and A/C in London is hard to come by. There are also laundry facilities on site (in the main bldg) which was helpful. It is located right next to Deptford Bridge DLR station (and close to Deptford and New Cross Train stations) and there was a bus stop that was right out front that allowed me to get to central London easily. There are a number of small grocery stores close by too (Co-Op, Tesco Express, Asda), but large supermarkets are pretty close via the bus, and there are a lots of shops just a couple of DLR stops away at Greenwich or Canary Wharf (also a lot of restaurants). I felt really safe and it was very quiet, even though it was close to a busy road and to a light rail station. The staff was friendly and helpful; I mostly wanted to be left to my own devices, and they respected that. When I needed something, they provided it. The only slightly annoying thing was that the primary way to interact is via a Whatsapp group, and I am not a smart phone user (yes, there are still a few of us). For most people, I imagine this would not be a problem (and it wasn't much of an issue for me either). I would definitely stay again. It was exactly what I needed when I needed it.

EXCELLENT LOCATION AND STAY!!!!!!

My husband an I are avid travelers but 1st visit to London! What can I say..the staff was AMAZING and VERY accommodating! Always available to assist with any questions and had a great since of humor ..Adele!! Location was EXCELLENT and centrally located. Bus/train/groceries/diverse great priced restaurants right outside the door. Our Oyster card took us EVERYWHERE!! So glad I chose this StayCity location and can't wait to come back. (Friendly relaxed local bar AJAA with daily radio DJs) Same place next year!!
