Motel located a main street, so easy to find. Received text containing room number and door code prior to arrival. Motel is modern and clean. All roomx have heat pumps, so cozy all year long. Parking right outside room door and all rooms on ground floor. Though staff are not on site, they are easy to contact via phone and they are extremely friendly and helpful. Motel is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. From what I could see, I think this is the nicest motel/hotel in Stratford. Highly recommended!

When we moved a chair we found a glass on the floor. The placement of the motels on the motels made it hard to get out onto the road at times but uf youve got patience then its well situated and the motel definitely fitted our needs. We will definitely be staying again

This is the new wave of motels were there is no person- to-person contact, just do everything by phone. This is fine if you are an in-country resident with a good cell phone and good service. For an international traveler, this is more than inconvenient, it makes it impossible to even get into your room. Fortunately, the manager was there when we arrived or we wouldn't have been able to get the key to our room. Plus, the motel design allows smokers to light up right outside their room such that the cigarette smoke is drawn into every room along the way, especially ours, requiring us to leave our windows closed.

We had a great stay at this accommodation! Communication was excellent from the start, and arranging a late check-in was no problem at all. The entire check-in and check-out process is fully unmanned, which made everything smooth and flexible. The accommodation itself is very clean, fresh, and feels newly renovated. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, offering plenty of comfort. The beds are huge and very comfortable perfect for a good night’s sleep. The kitchen is a bit on the smaller side, but it works perfectly for cooking and is well-equipped with everything you might need: kettle, microwave, pots, pans, toaster, fridge, and freezer. The only thing to be aware of is that the building is located right next to a fairly busy road, with traffic passing by at around 50–70 km/h. If you’re sensitive to noise, we recommend bringing earplugs especially during the night. All in all, a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay, with great communication and convenient self check-in. We’d happily stay here again!
