I really enjoyed staying in this hotel very convenient and easy to go to Haram. The bus are available 24 seven staff was really great. Specially Abdullal Ba Rahim provides great customer service. Definitely recommend this hotel from Hotel to Haram in Bus only take 2 to 3 minutes and it drop at the door step of Safa Marwah

Some employee opened the door at us in the middle of the night without calling in advance and without even knocking on the door. Then later that night the receptionist who failed to check me in in a clean room, came knocking at my door with a security guy saying I didn't go back to him after checking in.

Staff was extremely disrespectful especially Boudor Tayeb who works at their front reception. The night manager, Ibrahim, was not helpful at all. Kept telling us to just go to our room and he will help but when we got to the room we were waiting another 2 hours with no response from any staff. Our room disgusting with sheets with blood stains and some brown stains. Floor was not vacuumed had crumbs and other garbage on floor. Staff hair on the bed and the supervisor of housekeeping, Suliman, told me that his housekeeping staff do not wear hair nets as he did not want to take responsibility for anything. Also internet did not work in the rooms. And finally we booked this room for the ease of access to Al Haram although due to the incapabilities of their staff we were moved into 4 different rooms which took over 6 hours as none of the rooms were setup before they gave it to us, the housekeeping had to ask us to leave the rooms to set it up. Why did they not set it up before moving us into that room? Very unprofessional and weird operations for a hotel. And due to this delay in giving our room we missed prayers because we had to wait for them to setup beds.

Like the area. Lots of shops around and easy access to bus that takes you to haram. The front staff was hesitant to change room as the room was very smelly when we checked in. Upon insisting he finally changed. The front staff needs a lot of training as I needed some tissues and some cream but no one answered. After som many unanswered calls I went to the reception and the lady sitting there was on her snap chat and didn’t bother answering the called.when confronted she never apologized and said she will send someone but never did. The other staff was great but the front staff don’t seem to be too interested in their job. The bellmen and cleaning staff were all great and hardworking. Nice hotel but the front staff needs to be client focused not self focused
