I was surprised to hear that the hotel management reject my small request of asking just one more thin bedsheet. To make it worse, the hotel staff used a bad excuse that the facilities room was locked and so could not give me the extra bedsheet. The staff originally promised to give me bedsheet the next morning but then, only on my asking later, explained that the management insisted on only one bedsheet for each room. It was simply disgusting to break promises to customers and to respond only after repeated requests. The room was bad with airconditioner dripping water and noisy fridge. Together with karaoke sound late at night at 12 to 2am, we could not sleep well.
