The property overall is very clean & well kept, majority of the staff I interacted with was very nice, restaurant & comp breakfast was great, the bed comfortable, the headboards are in need of reupholstering as the current material flakes onto the bed, a few other items could use fixing, the scale didn't work & in the room I was in, the shower lever to allow use of the shower head was broken but I would def stay there again.

Short stay but very Sweet!

The hotel is lovely, very private and discrete. The food was amazing and the pool and gym was open 24/7 (loved that) . The casino was on the campus and the bar and lounge was perfect!

Hotel para negocios - Desayuno Buffet picante!

Cuarto impecable mente limpio y cómodo. Hotel para negocios únicamente. No hay elevador. En el comedor no hay aire acondicionado. Pedir que los sienten donde hay abanico o van a sudar mucho. Desayuno Buffet es pura comida picante y muchísimo condimentos para gente local/Jamaicanos. Si comen esto, aseguren se tener Pepto Bismol! Pidan el menú, les van a poner cara y prácticamente obligar a a comer del buffet. Si te sientas, ellos no te van a ofrecer el menú. Tuve que hablar fuerte y decirles que no como esa comida y que me traigan el menú. En este hay platos "normales" como huevos al gusto, pancakes, frutas y demas que también estan incluidos gratis como desayuno. Al parecer les da pereza caminar hasta la cocina para colocar el pedido o el dueño del hotel les dice que empujen la comida del buffet a todos! En la cena pedí una hamburguesa y le dije claramente a la mesera que no quería nada picante ni nada de pimienta. Les importo un bledo, la hamburguesa esta incomible por lo picante! Me queje y les dio igual! Yo únicamente me quede en este hotel porque mi cliente tenía la oficina cerca de ahí. Recomiendo buscar otros hoteles más económicos ya que este me pareció carisimo! Honestamente la atención en lo que respecta al comedor, no es buena! En recepción pregunte que lugares me recomendaban visitar para conocer y solo se limitaron a responderme qué son un hotel de negocios!

An excellent experience

The staff were amazing. The room were palatial and comfortable. The entire surrounding was clean and inviting. You felt safe and well protected. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. You are met at your car and all your bags taken to your room. The check in was a seamless. The food was of a high standard flavourful and mouth wateringly delicious.My experience was memorable.

Tops: I liked the atmosphere of the property, felt safe, staff friendly, breakfast was excellent, bed comfortably. Tips: Dinner was not local enough, salad and fruits not the best choice, no elevators, carpet seems old. Overall this is a great place to stay, please include the breakfast and skip the dinner or dine out!

I had a truly wonderful experience at the Terra Nova in Kingston. From the moment I arrived, the level of service exceeded my expectations. The receptionist was exceptionally professional and welcoming, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. The waiter at the restaurant delivered outstanding service—attentive, courteous, and efficient. The porter who assisted with our luggage was equally friendly and professional. I even had a brief interaction with one of the housekeeping staff, who was warm, kind, and personable. And I must highlight the breakfast—it was absolutely fantastic! A delightful variety and beautifully presented. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Without a doubt, I will be staying at Terra Nova again on my next visit to Jamaica.
