Locker, bedside lights and the 2 phones didn’t work. Staff had poor internal communications, made guest to wait in room when things could be sorted without the guest’s presence. I swear they leave the guests guessing all the time with very little clear indications of what’s going to happen next, guests always have to chase them up for progress/next steps.
For a couple times staff didn’t even turn up when they said would come and sort things out. Room service took the order with a light heart too.
Only positive: the gentleman who greeted me all the time, he was the only one who was truly looking after the guests and would always act straight when needed to, hats off to him.
