I didn’t give them a chance considering the look of the building but I was blown away with the hotel.The room is very nice and the AC was cold during the heat.The staff are very pleasant prompt and helpful.The location is fantastic it is in the heart of Shepard’s bush and just next door to the train station.I am sleeping here again and I recommend it for short stays.

Location is excellent. Hotels is nice and tidy, some signs of life can been seen here and there, but the over all feel is clean. Our bed was ok and noice from the street wasn't too bad although we had the 1st floor room and kept the window open through the night. The bathroom and the shower were just fine. The only downsize was that the room was a bit too warm for what I normally like. Overall very good value for money.

The room was very nice and had good amenities including air conditioning and a good hairdryer. It was a convenient space for a short stay. The en-suite was nice and clean, had a waterfall shower and water was hot in the shower. The proximity to a choice of underground stations or bus stops makes it ideal for travelling around London, with plenty of restaurants/cafes nearby. Staff are nice and helpful if you have any request. Unfortunately the area around the hotel is quite noisy, which I had read in other reviews before booking, but I felt the noise was worse than I expected (late at night and early mornings). The hotel I think has tried to counter this, the windows had a secondary frame on them which did help quieten the noise when closed, but I needed to use earplugs too. Overall I had a comfortable stay.

Staff were really polite, welcoming and friendly. The price was not expensive so my expectations were managed. Good location although super noisy as I had to keep the window open as the air conditioning wasn't working. Small gripe that there was no hassle conditioner but I understand that's not always on offer at hotels. The pillows weren't very comfy and warning if you are tall that the beds are quite short so your feet may be hanging out.
