The room was beautifully furnished, included a fridge, kettle etc. The towels were big and fluffy, the bed very comfortable, the wifi working well. The bathroom was spacious and with all the toiletries you need. The staff were very welcoming and friendly - it made a huge difference to be met at the outside door (at the bottom of the staircase) and have my luggage carried up for me to the room and being shown everything I needed to know about room controls etc. It was great to have reception manned 24 / 7 - travelling as a woman alone that gave me reassurance that all would be well during my stay.
