Es war ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt im Riad Charme d' Orient!!! Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, Said und Laurence sind sehr warmherzig und aufmerksam. Schon vorab per Mail war der Kontakt sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sobald man dann durch die etwas unscheinbare Eingangstür tritt, öffnet sich ein traumhaftes Juwel. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ausreichend groß, nur die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas klein. Wirklich toll fand ich das liebevoll angerichtete und köstliche Frühstück, auch hier spürte man in Allem die Liebe zum Detail. Oben gibt es eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse, wo man auch mal herrlich die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Unbedingt zu erwähnen sind auch Soufiane, Asnah und Fatima, die mit ihrer herzlichen und lieben Art allesamt dazu beitragen, dass man sich rundherum wohlfühlt. Alles ist fußläufig in unmittelbarer Nähe, die Medina, der Jemaa el- Fnaa, die Souks, Restaurants, Supermarkt usw. Dieser Ort ist magisch, ein absoluter Glücksgriff und unbedingt empfehlenswert!!!

Every member of staff were incredibly nice, hospitable, friendly and attentive. Right from the beginning we felt incredibly welcomed. They were all very informative and were able to help us make bookings, arrive from the airport, and even allowed us to leave our bags here after check out so we could continue exploring the souks. The breakfast that was provided was a generous spread, offering Moroccan tea, coffee, yogurts, fruit, omelettes, cake and more, accompanied by fresh orange juice. The bedrooms and reception are beautifully decorated, clean, and a good size for 2. The rooftop is perfect with ample comfortable seating, with access to the jacuzzi and pool downstairs. We have already decided if we were to come back to Marrakech, this Riad will be the go to place to stay!

I stayed at this riad for a week and have nothing but wonderful things to say. The service was excellent; the staff and even the owner herself went out of their way to make us feel at home. The place was very clean and always smelling fresh. And the breakfast was delicious, everything fresh and homemade. I highly recommend staying there. To pay for your stay, if, like me, I chose the option to pay upon arrival when booking, it must be in cash. If it's by card, you must have a PayPal account to pay.

Notre séjour au sein du Riad Charme d'Orient a été exceptionnel. La localisation est parfaite. Proche de tout mais aussi au calme malgré le tumulte de Marrakech. C'est un véritable havre de paix. La décoration est faite avec gout. Tout est pensé afin qu'on s'y sente bien. Il n'y a rien à redire sur la propreté, tout est nickel. Les chambres sont jolies, de superficies agreables pour 2 personnes. Le petit déjeuner servi tous les matins est varié et savoureux. Nous avons également dîner sur place un soir: les quantités sont tres généreuses et les saveurs sont au rendez vous. La piscine est un vrai + pour se rafraichir. Laurence, Saïd, Soufian mais également toutes les personnes qui y travaillent sont adorables. Merci à vous pour vos conseils, vos anecdotes et les discussions que l'on a eu. Merci à tous pour vos attentions, vos sourires et votre accueil qui nous ont fait chaud au coeur.

The riad was gorgeous and Siad and Laurence were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were able to get massages at the Riad and they served an amazing spread of breakfast every morning. And they even let us keep our stuff there when we checked out. 10/10 would recommend, especially for the hospitality. Thank you so much!

Our stay here was the highlight of our trip! The owner and the entire staff are so kind, friendly, warm, welcoming, and really go out of their way to make your stay the best possible! Their attention to all details is impeccable, and the riad was even more beautiful than the photos! Take advantage of all of the extra benefits available (from transportation, spa services, etc.) -it is the best quality and value you will find! Highly recommended!!

Despite its central location, just a short walk from key attractions, it was quiet, serene, and private—a rare find in Marrakech. What truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service. The team went above and beyond—meeting us on arrival, offering great advice, answering every question with care, organizing excursions and transport with ease and professionalism, and making us always feel safe and welcomed. Staff were amazing and very friendly and accommodating, was my first trip to Morroco and my very first solo trip and they all made me feel super comfortable and at home. The breakfast was delicious, the hotel was beautiful and the room was very clean. Will definitely be returning to Riad Charme d'Orient.

Le riad charme d'orient est une excellente adresse qui incarne le Maroc. Dès que vous poussez la porte, vous êtes saisi par la magnificence du lieu. De la piscine au rooftop tout rassemble l'esprit berbère. Chaque chambre est unique et réveille les sens. Vous vivrez un séjour merveilleux près de tous les lieux à visiter. Le personnel est aux petits soins avec une mention spéciale à Said qui est un conseiller hors pair. Les lieux sont d'une propreté irréprochable et le petit déjeuner simplement merveilleux. The Riad is very quaint and charming. The decor is done very tastefully. The owner, Laurence, was amazing and took great care of us. I mentioned to her last minute that I was Gluten Free and she arranged for GF bread and cookies for me for breakfast every day. Said, Suleman, and their wives were great and very attentive to our needs. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and spacious and bathroom came with everything we needed and robes too!!! Riad was always fragrant with orange blossom scents and it was so romantic. It is a MUST to stay here, if you visit Marrakech!! We will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The Riad interior is beautiful! Room was very clean and everything was very nicely decorated. The breakfast on the rooftop was excellent, best we had in Morocco and great service, they even served omelettes. The hospitality of the owner and all the staff was very attentive and friendly and really made us feel so relaxed and comfortable! The location is great, right by the souks markets, very easy walk to main square and restaurants. It was very hot when we were there so the refreshing pool was great to cool off. Our flight was delayed and we came late on Saturday evening when traffic was crazy and we couldn’t find parking, but we called and they found us parked on the side of the road and helped us find parking and took our bags to the Riad!

Highly recommend, service was 🙌

Amazing. Location was perfect, close to everything but still kind of secluded. The hotel interior was beautiful, and the staff was so welcoming. Super warm, as if you had just arrived to a family members home. They went above and beyond and always made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Said, Laurence and everybody who made our experience so memorable.
