Super helpful staff, they were a plus plus for sure. Accommodated all requests, special needs, they went extra miles to deal with local burocracies in our behalf to help us buy things online . Location is great if your first time in Tokyo area, you're walkable distance to two stations that connects to main neighborhoods.

The staff and location of property was great! The room was very clean too! Only issue I had was that the room felt humid and I was not able to open up a window to let fresh air in

It is surrounded by excellent bars and excellent restaurants covering all the major Japanese styles of cooking and a good range of grades of service. Nice place close to Akasaka-Mitsuke station. Staff very friendly. AC works fine. Three beds in one small room and not much space to walk around. Two beds were squeezed together on one wall and one fold out bed on the other. Bathroom was normal (read small) but functional. Hot water would go cold and back to setting every few minutes in the shower. Didn’t spend a lot of time there so it was ok.
