SCAM - AVOID
This hotel is essentially a scam - shocking to see that IHG allows this to go on. Although the hotel advertises a „domestic departures wing“ and an „international departures wing“, the „domestic departures wing“ doesn’t seem to exist and the „employees“ don’t speak enough English to explain what is going on. Instead, there is an apparently well established network of „independent information agents“ that pimp other overpriced hotels to guests who get tricked by this scam and get stuck at midnight at the airport with no one to talk to. A shame for n international brand.

Whilst this hotel is really convenient if you have an early morning flight, it is an absolute nightmare to enter. It took us 2 hours to explain to airport staff to agree and let us in to the hotel. We were also in a separate part of the hotel from the restaurant and gym which meant that we had to be escorted by a member of staff through the airport for breakfast. Thankfully the rooms and bed were really comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Basic experience
To get to hotel (domestic wing) is a bit of frustrating journey but understandable due airport regulations. Hotels restaurant was ok, food was tasty. Rooms are very very small and king bed is too narrow for two person. Also the mattress was worn out. All noises, even regular talk from other rooms through walls was hearable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Consider other hotel if you plan to stay longer than few hours.

conveniente para poucas horas de hotel. bom banho, bom colchão que permite um curto mas bom repouso. o pequeno almoço é agradável e retemperador. só tem o problema com o acesso, que como o hotel está situado na zona de segurança do aeroporto obriga a uma série de controlo de acesso que consomem algum tempo, mais ou menos dependendo da afluência.

Oasis away from airport cacophony
Getting TO the hotel inside DEL terminal 3 is a NIGHTMARE, transferring from an incoming international flight. We arrived after midnight, and that's when the international world descends upon Terminal 3. BUT, once we were in the capable hands of a Holiday Inn Express staff person, we were good.

Idéal pour une longue escale à Delhi.
C’est pratique d’avoir un hôtel dans l’aéroport, sans navette, lors de longues escales. Par contre, c’est terriblement compliqué pour y accéder : se rendre au petit kiosque du hall des arrivées, près des locations de voitures. Quelqu’un devra vous accompagner pour passer tous les contrôles. Il faut donc prévoir large pour y entrer et en sortir. La salle de restaurant est lumineuse, les chambres donnent sur une salle de sport intérieure. Le buffet petit déjeuner est copieux.

Friendly staff with high security
The multiple layers of security means it is quite difficult to get into and out of this hotel. You need to prove you have a flight, with either a ticket or reservation with your name on it. Then wait for a guide to take you to the next level os security to have your luggage scanned. A third level of security is then in place as you exit the elevator. At every stage logs have to be manually filled in. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The furniture in the restaurant/bar is a little tired but the food is good. Rooms are small but you are unlikely to be staying here for more than one night, so they are good enough.

Super convenient hotel for Delhi Airport departures. It was unfortunately difficult to find as we arrived in a different terminal and the signage wasn't great. Also, it took quite awhile to be escorted up and checked-into the rooms. Once you are in the room, you really can't leave the property (not much to the property) so we had room-service which was great. The staff helping us check-in and get to the hotel were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Rooms are super small. Very, very convenient - we could see the check-in line for our airline from our room - kind of cool. I would recommend completely understanding the check-in process and location prior to arrival. Also, we weren't able to get our boarding pass in advance from Emirates which ended up not being a problem at all. I just needed the confirmation w/ our name, flight, etc.
