At this point I need my stay to be free or another free visit.. I called yesterday a double checked about this hotel and what it offered for 1 the staff is very nonchalant about the problems at the hotel they didn't even offer accommodations for this huge inconvenience. My family just drove 9 hours to this hotel and wanted to relax at a pool that's why we. Called and checked all week we arrive today to the staff smiling as they tell my daughter on her BIRTHDAY she can't even relax by the pool .. why wasn't a notice sent out to guest they literally told us after they charged my card THAT IS SOMETHING YOU TELL GUEST IMMEDIATELY. Not after you secure the payment. I've worked at the sagamore Pendry for 4 years and the Hilton is giving the likes of a motel 6 very disappointing. There are young kids running around 10pm playing ding ding ditch on guest rooms , very loud place to stay not quite or comfortable at all. The water in our room ran brown so we couldn’t do simple things like brush our teeth or shower. They gave us water bottles and said maintenance was working on it . I wake up at 4am and there are mice running down the halls, me and another guest got on the elevator and it felt like I would break any moment. I have my lawyer contacting management now this is ridiculously unprofessional and sorry Hilton will not be getting my business, my family business or my clients business anytime in the future. Hilton has literally ruined my family vacation and my daughters birthday
