地點相當好，就在舊城區中心，窗外的風景非常棒。公寓客廳相當大，有兩個洗手間，還有桑拿，性價比很高。

I was really upset and disappointed on the OVER-CHARGED room rate (Total cost at booking was 156.42 Euro but Visa statement showed 165.42 Euro was charged) and the apartment room size is totally different from our booking details. I have booked a 2-bedroom apartment with 1-double bed, 2 single beds & a sofa bed and payment was according to this booking. However, when we're there, we were arranged to stay at a 1 bedroom apartment with 1-double bed and a sofa bed. I stayed there for 3 nights from Sept 6-9. Since Tallinn was my 1st destination for my 2 weeks holiday, i sent request to both Hotel.com & the apartment but no answer from the apartment yet! It was really a disappointed and a bad experience on this apartment.

However, we're allocated to a 1-bed room apartment with a King size bed and a Sofa-bed in the living room for a group of 4 travelers. Headache to clear up the sofa-bed and put it back every morning ...

The apartment was not located where it was shown on the web site. The location was nice, but it would have been very frustrating if we had gone to the wrong end of town. The apartment was nice but a few things wrong in the bathroom, the glass shower door felt like it was going to fall off the track.

Loistava asunto vanhassa kaupungissa. Kaikki tarvittava ja lisääkin löytyi asunnosta. Hyvin toimiva wifi. Asunnossa oli tilaa levätä ja oleilla, eikä vanhan talon tuntua ollut pilattu liikaa.Ainoa miinus oli 4. krs lukemattomine rappuineen, ei hissiä .Olemme yli 70 v joten laukun raahaaminen asuntoon kysyi voimia.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment - it was large, comfortable, centrally located in the old town and very well equipped (among other things, they supplied us with coffee and tea, and laundry detergent and had extra of everything in the unit). Excellent communication via text and whats app. The key pick up was through a drop box which was a bit complicated to navigate with jet lag - but we figured it out in the end :-) the only thing I’d note was that the unit we stayed in was on the 4th floor and there is no elevator - not an issue for us, but could be for some (traveling with small kids or mobility issues), in which case I would have chosen one of their lower level units. All in all we had a fantastic stay. It was a short walking distance from all the old town sites. Restaurants and grocery stores (and the tourist office) are all very close!

The property information is misleading. It says that the apartment is accessible for disabilities via external corridors. After booking they sent a booking confirmation that said that it was on the fourth floor with no lift. Due to making many reservations for our trip we did not view all the confirmations in detail. A few days before we were due to arrive I saw the discrepancy between the booking details on Expedia and the reservation email. I emailed to ask if the property was accessible (as originally advertised). Their replies were slow and I had to cancel the booking due to not being able to do the amount of stairs and them being unable to provide accessible accommodation. I did not get any refund, even when Expedia tried on my behalf, as they stuck strictly to their cancellation policy even though the property was falsely advertised.
