Outstanding option for anyone visiting Lake Powell & surrounding areas. Eric is the consummate host who goes out of his way to make you feel welcome in his fabulous home. My wife is dairy intolerant and Eric made her an identical breakfast to mine, but with none dairy substitutes

The most gracious host ever
We booked a trip and made a friend! From the moment we arrived until the morning we left Eric took care of us like we were old friends. He truly was the most gracious host we’ve ever encountered! Eric has every detail covered—use of coolers and utensils for daytime outings, drinks, snacks, a delicious gourmet breakfast each morning, a comfortable home with a beautiful patio and hot tub. I am certain there is no better place to stay in Lake Powell!

Eric is truly a one of a kind host. He was literally the nicest person I’ve ever met and his hospitality is unmatched. This B&B was a wonderful experience. It is a true Bed and Breakfast experience and the host may secretly be a 5 star chef. With that being said, you may share some common areas with other people, but it truly is delightful to meet a few kind folks from all over. The rooms are very private and well decorated with their own themes. Very comfy stay, every amenity you could ask for, A breakfast, and a hot tub! This guy really thought of everything! This stay made me very excited to come back to the Lake Powell area and I’d be lucky to book another spot at this marvelous abode.
