Very courteous and extremely helpful staff. Great location with the ferry close by and they offer shuttle service to the nearby subway station. The amenities such as the gym were very nice. Room was spacious and clean, and well kept by the housekeeping, including turn down service.

Stayed six nights in a Twin Star Suite and got a corner room with a fantastic view of the river and city. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options—from fresh pastries to a build-your-own congee station. We also received two complimentary laundry items per day, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend it to both first-time visitors and seasoned travelers.

Great room, very confortable bed... but the room need some renovations.
Breakfast: Delicious and lots of food to choose from.
But staff at breakfast, should be more attention to the request of the clients.
The location, for me, was very central.
Quite locations, with nice restaurants a one minute walking.
I enjoy the detail of having a free shuttle that takes you until 2 kms from the hotel, where you wanna go.

The room was spacious and had a nice lay out with a view of the Pearl tower. Housekeeping was great, they accommodated our different times we needed it to be cleaned depending when we left during the day. They were always very pleasant and greeted us warmly. Service at the entire hotel was five star, from the reception desk, gym attendants and conserve.
