We love the hotel as we are frequent there. I love the breakfast, the space is big, clean, the options are good.
This particular visit, it left a bad taste in my mouth how a particular person in the front is very rude and would not even greet, much mire look at you while you are talking. I think they forgot that they are in a service business. If you feel that customers are disturbing you, you should just quit instead of ruining the name of Hyatt. Wish they wear their badge with names but i asked and the name of the rude and I don’t care about customer attitude person in the front desk is Jackie. She doesn’t deserve to be in front if customer. The other customer beside me looked at us in surprise as well how she talked. Very bad customer service
