Nice hotel! Clean, good breakfast, comfortable beds,but the customer service was by far the best I've experienced anywhere in a very long time. Friendly, personable and attentive. When we left my husband didn't have his phone, thinking he left it in the room we called the hotel. The front desk employee was great, they offered to go right to our room to look for it. I quickly got a call back saying it was found. They didn't see bothered or put out by doing this for us. Good, friendly customer service is really hard to find these days and I am impressed with the two employees that helped us at check in and check out! Treat them well so they stay, they're a great asset to your business :) I wish more people realized a little effort goes a long way and took pride in their role.
