* The bed was off to the back, with a partition - however there was no light in the bedroom - thank goodness I brought a reading light. * The "cold" bathroom faucet on the right at the sink was "frozen" - not able to use. * The wifi did not work the entire three days * Nearly impossible to get the wall-unit airconditioning to a comfortable level. Had to constantly adjust. ** Staff in office were very, very nice. And in their defense I did not mention the wifi the entire time.

Not comfortable or family friendly

The motel we stayed in was very small. Furniture had to be moved in order to use the pull out sofa bed. The couch had tears and stains in it. There wasn’t a real mattress on the sofa bed. It was the most uncomfortable sofa bed I have ever slept on. I could feel every spring in the sofa bed. The shower was very dark and way too small. There was no bath tub, which made it difficult to clean young children. The best part of the stay was the quick and convenient walk to the boardwalk and beach.

Don’t get too excited about the price

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and have nothing but good things to say about them at check in/out. The room was filthy, don’t wear white socks that you care about, and bring your own sheets. Hairs and crumbs in the bed as if they had just been brushed out. If you have a large SUV or pickup truck I highly suggest you look elsewhere, the parking lot is very tight and only allowed one parking pass per room, so if driving separately plan ahead. Overall the staff is very nice and it’s a bed to lay your head but spend a couple more dollars for something else if you can.

Perfect location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool is very nice. Beds were comfortable. A little older of a motel and parking is tight but overall wonderful for the price. Cannot beat it.

Old and in bad shape

Floor was dirty. Found 3 mouse traps. Bathroom floor was peeling. Paint and stucco peeling. Rusted baseboard. Had to ask for a blow dryer. Shower was tiny and had a spongey floor. No safe for valuables.

Not perfect but reliable

Smooth and early check in with professional staff. Room smelled nice and was clean. Ac worked really well and even though it sounded like a white noise machine, it didn’t make any weird noises. There was a tile missing in the shower which was very small and it was hard to find the right temp. There was a half stove, sink microwave and mini fridge. 7 minute walk to the boardwalk. Second stay here and I will come back.
