Muy buena opción.

El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones cómodas, amplias y limpias. El personal es muy atento. El restaurante Casa Nostra muy bueno. Es un hotel pequeño pero se esfuerzan por ser grandes, presentan shows por las noches en el área de.la alberca, tienen actividades para adultos y niños durante el día. El único bemol es que deben limpiar el sargazo.

The resort is really nice. My family and children really enjoyed the say but the only cons is the food at the mercado, which is the main buffet, is not the best. There is not a variety of food and it doesn't taste good at all. If the food is the buffet gets improved, the rate will be 10/10

Overall our stay was good. The staff was friendly and everything was kept clean. They did a very good job clearing out the seaweed every morning. The food options were limited and the buffet was very small, but it helped that it changed daily. There weren’t enough umbrellas for a nice shade by the beach, but the pool had plenty. It was a calm, family friendly place. They had some activities but it did not feel like a party hotel. The small water park had about 6 big slides and the rest was a children’s area. It would be helpful if they added pads at the end of the children’s slides, because every time they landed on the hard concrete floor. The beach was nice.

Stayed for 4 nights with 2 small kids- (7 & 3) and they had so much fun. The water park was awesome and the beach was free of seaweed. The main pool was very lively and we spent most of our time there. Food was really great we actually liked the buffet food a lot. There’s not many restaurants but the buffet food changes every night. The grill at lunch was our favorite and my kids enjoyed the chicken nuggets, fries and onion rings from the beach snack bar. We had the ocean view suite and it was HUGE! Loved that the living area was separate from the bedrooms and we had a huge balcony to look at the ocean. The property was very clean and our room was cleaned every day. I did notice a mildew smell in the main building on the lower floors which but I stayed in the building closer to the water park and smelled nothing bad in that one. It’s conveniently located next to playa langosta so if you have an excursion planned it’s so easy to get there. We traveled here for my son’s birthday and I mentioned that in my booking so I was a little disappointed when there was no bday surprise for him like they do at most resorts. Even at the restaurant we told our server and he didn’t do anything. Maybe because we didn’t upgrade to “the level” package. I would stay here again because it’s clean, convenient and close to the hotel zone.
