The staff is the best of any place I've ever stayed in 30+ years of travel. They are helpful, witty and fun. I like the king rooms the best super roomy, clean and comfortable.

We were given a handicap room as a result of them booking my suite to someone else by mistake. The person at the front desk during check in said that they booked the suite we were supposed to have by mistake. During checkout the from desk person even asked if we were supposed to gave a handicap room and I informed no, so even she notice. The sofa was supposed to be a pullout bed (which it wasn't) and the shower was damaged. I would like a refund or a replacement room as a result.

This place is awesome. Clean and comfortable. Melissa is an asset to this hotel. She was kind, thoughtful and helpful. 10 out of 10. Would stay again. Kids enjoyed chicken wings during their social hour.

Staff and accommodations were fine. Having to pay $15 to use the parking lot-not so great. Yes as I re-read the bottom of page to secure the room it is stated, however that is a bit deceiving. Just show the fee up front.

This property charges for you to park in their parking lot even tho your paying to stay there . It’s $10 a day per car. We paid $60 in parking after paying $500 to stay.i wish this was in the description because if it was I would have choose some where else to stay

Great and welcoming and kind experience all around that provided me warmth and safety. I wish I could afford to have stayed 2 more nights, but I needed a less expensive option. I loved and appreciated the time spent there and all the amenities to explore as well. Thank you

The property was ok. The shower paint was chipping away. Pool close early at 830 majority of hotels pools close at 10. Charged me for parking each night (place is not a resort) didnt get the parking fees. No room cleaning and took two hours to get clean towels and rags. Breakfast was basic. There are better places nearby

Bedding was dirty and when addressed we were told there is only 1 person working all night and we had to replace the sheets our selves. Apparently there were max capacity but only had one employee in the whole hotel. Ridiculous, never again

Mighty in the Little things that count. The room was clean and cleaning people kept my room stock with everything I needed. The front desk staff managers made me feel like I was family ! This hotel didn’t leave anything out . Friday night social included a fabulous Banana Pudding to write home about . I really got more than I expected. I give them and over and beyond !

The staff was good. I called because I was arriving a little late and when I walked in the door, it was a nice welcome at the desk. Breakfast was delicious and the staff is very friendly. They made you feel like you were at home. The room was comfortable, clean and a relaxing place to be after the game.
