Gonzaga graduation

Garbage wasn’t emptied when we arrived but otherwise fairly clean. Or so I thought until I ran a bath and saw the mold on the underside of the shower surround panels- ugh. The bed was comfortable, room faced away from the highway so was quiet, and the breakfast option at Denny’s was nice and way better than typical hotel breakfast. ( if you get Kevin for a server, you are lucky, he’s great!) The only other issue was our keycard stopped working so we had to find someone to let us in. Thank you housekeeping- front desk wasn’t very accommodating.

A No-Win Wyndham Hotel

This is an old hotel and the lovely fresh look to the bedrooms in the website photos are nothing like the dingy reality. No wi-fi No working TV No in-room hairdryer No sound insulation between rooms. The only good thing about this place is the $7 breakfast coupon to the adjacent Denny's restaurant.

Terrible Service, Violated the ADA

I was trespassed from the hotel and property at check in because I brought my service animals with me and they denied service and kept my money. They violated my rights by insisting to see my certification from a doctor and told me that I WAS NOT disabled after two staff reading the paperwork: They called the police when I asked for a refund. I got poor service and no service from either them or the Spokane PD who should have enforced my right to stay at this hotel and instead actively harassed me by following me in their car to the next hotel and shining their headlights into my car, causing me to have an anxiety attack, which is why I have service animals in the first place.

Do not stay here.

The place was not at all what the pictures look like and the free breakfast is basically a $7 voucher to the Denny’s that’s in the same parking lot. Also, the key cards stopped working after you swiped it the first time. Also they did not tell us this but they are the sister hotel to the Super 8 and so those guests also share the pool area. There’s only one front desk person at night for both properties so if you can’t get into the building after dark, you have to go to the Super 8 to get the front desk person.

Cute name but doesn't live up to it

No elevator in a three-story facility. I was misled by the name and thought it was a hotel but it is right next door to a Super 8 motel, which is its sister facility and apparently offered more services there, including a business center. The room was clean but small. They didn't freshen the room or replenish towels the second day ..I had to ask. And worst if all I paid a very high rate for the room. Hotels.com advertised one price but the second night was over $50 higher and I didn't really realize this until I had paid and couldn't get out of it. Would not stay here again .

Spokane Trip

Room was neat and orderly, bed was fresh.not much for toiletries, shampoo/conditioner and soap. No hair dryer. Plenty of working plugins for my electronics and the WiFi was good. Bed was comfy.
