Great place for both business and family travelers

We stayed for nine nights. Front desk is outstanding and tremendously helpful. The property is in the old part of town, and it's not easy to maintain in great shape. However, it was good overall. We had some issues with internet connectivity which were promptly and successfully dealt with. Location is fantastic for activities along the Red Line which is where most activities we wanted to see and do take place. We had zero issues with street noise or contiguous room noise. TV is horrible in quality of signal and type of programing but nobody should go to Taipei to watch TV at a hotel room anyways. In our next visit, we are definitely going back to this slice of Japan in the middle of Taipei!!!

Tokyo International Hotel saved our stay in Taipei. Staff were absolutely fantastic and the rooms were just like a hotel room should be. It is a great great hotel that I can recommend to everyone visiting Taipei. Only the breakfast they should work on - But everything else were fantastic. Thank you for making our stay great.
