The issues for which the hotel was in anyway terrible was the careline and some persons at the reception. It had became the only unpleasant experience during my 2 weeks stay in Croatia and Slovenija.
The A/C had the sound of trembling every 1 or 2 mins. I called the “careline”. They told me it will gradually disappear when the room cools down. 1hrs latter, it was still there. A technician came and told me it’s because of de moisture effect. He did help put something to decrease the noise but the trembling sounds were still there.
The next morning, I checked with the reception if it’s normal, she didn’t reply the question and told me she will send another technician to check it again. She didn’t confirm if it’s sol either after the breakfast. I had to confirm once more again she told me that every room has the same situation and it's considered normal there.
The other thing is the transport fee to the airport; it should be at a discount price of 140 kuna “immediately” after you apply for membership as it showed on ad. The lady at the reception originally told me the 140 kuna apply for next time after I applied. I had to double check again then the other younger lady in the reception told me it should be 140 this time, not 190, not next time.
Beyond these two issues, everything is professional: people helped a lot parking at arrival; restaurant was good; generously free extra cookies to kids; swim pool was perfect,people work over there are kind and help a lot.
