1. The room toilet area is not well cleaned. 2. While I was talking to the front office staff over the phone she disconnected the line halfway. 3. I booked two rooms, but I didn’t get my correct room on the first day, I stayed in a small room. Only on the second day they gave me bigger room. 4.
