位於light rail站Jaffa Center附近，但門口不太好找，一開始不小心走過了門口也不覺。 我被安排的房間與reception不在同一所building，那所building在轉角的位置，大門以密碼閘鎖上。 房間有點像apartment，空間廣闊，反而廁所比較狹窄。整潔度尚算可以。 位置方面，由於位於市中心，附近有很多餐廳、賣小食的地方。 步行20分鐘左右可到Old City, Jaffa Gate

酒店总体不错。位于市中心，交通购物方便。而且，距离耶路撒冷著名景区都在步行的范围内，很近。房间虽然施舍较为普通，但还算干净。另外，可以自己做饭吃。

Great Staff and good location

The apartment is in a good location in Jerusalem, subway can be reached within 5 minutes. Restuarant and convinient store can be found downstairs. We have 4 persons and we live in an apartment which can occupy 6 persons. The apartment has a fully equiped kitchen with a living room which is suitable for family gathering and vacation. We are so thankful to all the staff, they are friendly and helpfu. We highly recommand this apartment.

Everything from checkin to the room itself was horrible. The man at the reception desk was very nasty when we asked for late check out on Shabbos. The blanket and pillows in one of our 2 rooms were unusable, as they smelled like dirty feet. My daughter and son in law had to sleep with jackets on. In our room we had 2 bath towels, one of which had a huge hole in the middle… it was so thin that it didn’t dry my husband. The hair dryer in the bathroom didn’t work. We had to have someone come to the room to fix the TV. When we reported these issues to the person on duty at checkout, he said he’d let the manager know. From Friday afternoon (actually we arrived at 11 on Friday) until Sunday, according to the workers , there was no manager available on the premises. We will never stay in this hotel again. Worst experience ever.

Great location, but terrible service. When I checked into the room, I discovered the bathtub was dirty and the room (even though non smoking) had a smell of smoke. When I talked about that to the front desk, the guy starting arguing with me that it's not possible since the rooms are being cleaned daily and are not smoking. Eventually, he gave me another room, which was smaller then the original one, but at least looked clean. When I asked to refund the price difference, he said that this is the room I ordered. When I showed him pictures from Expedia about the property that were clearly showing bigger room and bigger picture, he said that Expedia didn't update pictures and they belong to different hotel. I called Expedia, but they couldn't reach out the property to resolve my issue.

I was at City Center from Florida to stay in Jerusalem 7 days. It was awesome. The location is perfect. It is safe, clean. dining options transportation. Shopping. Culture. Front desk always nice and willing to help. Room had a feont window anda balcony.
