We had booked for three persons, only Teo beds ready when We aerobe. They used an hour to deliver sheets for an extra bed, that We had to make up ourselves. The picture on the website of delux room beds is not quite like reality.

This is the largest and affordable hotel in this area, you have the access to small shopping center and the staff of the hotel are so friendly, with clean and quiet rooms.

Tv channels were poor, generic channels in Arabic and Turkish. There were few Bosnian or English channels. Room service was excellent, but hallways were noisy with guests yelling and letting children run amock. Laundry service is expensive. The area around Hotel was beautiful, and you can get any service you like within walking distance. Very nice hotel, but needs slight improvements.

Very bad treatment and I was asked to pay the price of the room even though I paid an amount with taxes from you and then they asked for 60 euros in taxes and because I was in a hurry I had to pay taxes again and with this I was delayed for an hour and they are angry with all customers And also a restaurant waiter who stole the account and did not agree to bring an invoice
