The location is superb, right behind Hoxton Square. The room was quite a good size and extremely clean as was the entire property. There is a shared kitchen available which was also extremely clean. Well worth staying.

Det var rent och lite svårt att hitta fram med taxi, ligger mittemot Hotel Express Inn. Men själva hotellet som egentligen är en Student lägenhet omgjord till hotell är enkel i rummet med eget handfat och delad dusch. Stället har en stor sällskapsyta för biljardspel, kaffe med mera. Byggnaden heter nåt med Westminster University, en vit liten skylt som sticker ut från byggnaden, sett från bilens vy. Helt ok för en natts vistelse i London, nära Old Street Station pendling.

Decent accommodation but didn't feel comfortable returning at night as there were groups of people hanging around outside. The bathrooms weren't cleaned in the 48 hours I stayed there- the shower tray was full of used bottles when I arrived and still there when I left

Adepte des résidences universitaires en période estivale, ce séjour était mon premier dans celle-ci ; j'y retournerai certainement si les tarifs n'explosent pas (comme au Goodenought college pour ne pas les citer). Résidence située dans Shoreditch à 5mn de marche de la station Old Street et 2 mn de l'arrêt de bus 55. Restaurants et Sainsburry's à proximité. On m'a attribué une chambre au 3ème étage dans un appartement partagé (4 chambres, 2 salles de bains avec toilettes et une grande cuisine), propre et bien équipée (lavabo dans la chambre et l'essentiel dans la cuisine (micro-onde, bouilloire, 2 frigo, four, plaques). La résidence est située dans un endroit calme. Pas d'ascenseur donc voyager léger. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

The room is basic, but clean and plenty of space. I’m not a fan of the plastic covered mattress, but it was quite comfortable. There is no air conditioning and the buildings retain heat but you can borrow a fan from reception, which helps a lot, and there is an air conditioned social space you can use which is open until 10pm daily. The bathrooms are all shared – there were two bathrooms on my floor for six rooms. There was a sink in my room which helps, though note that it is not drinking water. There’s a water fountain for filling water bottles in the social space though.

First of all the staff was very nice towards me. But I do have my concerns. My room had mold by the window. There was no hand soap on either bathroom nor my room. There was big silverfish in the bathroom. The hallway was so humid that it was difficult to breathe at times. And there was no ventilation. Its really a shame when the location is great and the room was what I was looking for, but I was disappointed that there was no handsoap and so bad conditions overall.
