Stayed in room 4 which is spacious, clean and well equipped. Spotless bathroom, plenty of towels, two double beds. The only two downsides were the pervasive smell of hashish on entering and on the stairwell. No hot water in the taps,but the shower is an electrical unit so no major problem. Parking on street outside. Slightly hard to find in the satnav. It is slightly down the road on the corner opposite the park. Given the price it's is five stars. Sort of place that works as long as you are paying the right amount.

The apartment was very clean and spacious and had a lovely smell when we arrived. Just what we needed for an efficient stay. Lovely bathroom. The only thing that I would say for next time is tea and coffee are included, would have been nice to have a couple of the little Uht milk cartons to have with it. Otherwise would recommend.

Booked through Hotels.com 3 months prior to arrival date. Received confirmation and receipt for payment and reminder emails from Hotels.com but nothing from the property. On the morning of the arrival I emailed them only to be told they had no knowledge of my booking and they were fully booked. They did offer us the first night of 3 but then we'd have to move. We didn't stay at all as other accommodation found. We got full refund within a couple of days and they said they were working on the issue to avoid this happening in the future.

Nothing to really dislike. Initially I had a panic when I reread the check in details which said I would get a follow up email with details. Fortunately Expedia stepped in and sorted it out. I checked my spam folder etc but I never received the email. I slept well, it is in a convenient location, just a 10 min walk to the regular W3 bus to Ally Pally. I think it would be good to have had some basic tea / coffee / milk. There should at least be some water in the room. I know there is a kitchen tap but bottled water would be better. The curtains in my room could do with being blackout ones. The table lamp didn’t work. Minor details would have boosted my score.

The room was as advertised, easy to access, clean and comfortable. There were no staff present but a text message was responded to quickly and helpfully. Only moan is the free parking just means street parking which is unregulated 3pm to 11am but if you stayed more than 1 night you would have to find alternative parking during the 11-3 period. Overall excellent value and would happily stay again.

I was asked about my check in and the check in staff - well there aren’t any staff. You get an email (which in my case came after I arrived at the property). Instructions regarding parking are vague and I had to message for further clarification. The email told that arrived after I did informed me if I wanted a hot plate and pans for cooking, I had to request them in advance. That’s helpful. The room was ok, not outstanding as many reviews suggested. I’m sure I could have done better for the same money.

Joli studio bien aménagé. Grande salle de bains. Pratique pour 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Un peu excentré de Londres ; la Piccadilly line n’est pas très loin mais ce week-end là elle était en maintenance donc ça a rallongé le temps pour aller au centre ville (train + bus ou métro). Parking gratuit dans la rue, pratique. Le point negatif c’était la chaleur, le ventilateur ne suffisait pas à évacuer la chaleur étouffante. Heureusement nous étions surtout là pour dormir et visiter la ville.
