The staff were so sweet and even checked on if me and my travel partner were satisfied with the room. But the shower was broken and the walls are so thin everytime someone went for a smoke break it sounded like they were standing in my room. So if your a loud sleeper and just want a cheap bed for a night this place is nice. The beds were soft and comfy and the room was extremely clean!

The outside doesn’t look so pleasing. The room I had looked wonderful. The price point it was above expectations. There was a disturbance with sketchy. Yet, it had nothing to do with us. We slept well. It was very clean. Staff was very friendly.

My stay at the Budget Inn was fantastic. It looks a little rough on the outside but the room was very clean and the staff were wonderful. I didn’t have any quarters and I was in desperate need for a water and the manager gave me the quarters I needed to get it. That’s above and beyond service and I was very appreciative. The only con I had was that the towels were really thin. Other than that everything was great! I would definitely stay here again!!!

This was a clean room efficient stay. The staff was helpful and courteous. The property is old and janky looking but the room I had was just fine for a one night shower and sleep stay. No frills, but i was surprises to see a microwave and refrigerator. There was not many channela on the TV. Overvall I'm satisfied with the quality of room for the money I paaid. I would stay again if I just needed a simple one night stay.

My mattress had broken springs and was the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on. There were a lot of baby spiders in the bathroom with a big spider web by the toilet. The shower drain did not drain the shower water properly. My A/C was broken. The hotel surrounding area did not feel safe. Would not recommend. Don't get lured in by the low price.

Get what you pay for. Room was clean and well maintained. TV was weirdly fuzzy. Internet connection was spotty. Shower was relatively small and didn't have great water pressure. Dial on shower was flipped so hot water was on the cold side.

Someone's leftover food was still in the refrigerator in my room. The room was small in the property definitely needed some love. I would not hang out outside of this hotel at night, it definitely have the feeling of a crack motel. Even in the office they had multiple signs up about the costs for replacing a room key card and charged me $50 for incidentals that they then refunded me only if I brought back in the exact receipt from where they charged me the $50 when I return the key card. Felt very mistrustful. But for a quick overnight on your way somewhere else, the bed themselves were fine. I would say don't hang out at this property but if you hit it just to have a place to sleep then you're okay.

Looking at reviews made me realize not to trust them. They have to be fake reviews because the location is sketchy reminds me of a hotel prostitutes go to in the movies. Office space is dirty and that’s where they keep the ice machine. Then proceed to the room (because it’s middle of the night and I already paid I just needed to make it through a couple hours til flight take off). The towels and cloths look as if someone used them already very dirty and dingy (glad I had my own). Bed blanket smelled as if they were not washed and was low quality. White sheets were dingy and not cleaned properly. I spent my night sitting in the chair with my airplane pillow around my neck to atleast get a couple hours sleep. Soon as sun came up and I could get a Lyft driver I went straight to airport I rather sleep in airport chairs to wait on my flight than at that hotel. Not to mention the 100$ deposit (refundable but I questioned why it was required looking at the place). And Ac need repair bad smell. Beyond disgusting. And let’s not talk about the office personal who greeted you with his shoes off and dirty bare feet propped up on the chair and was rude. Smh i wish I could’ve got a Lyft I would’ve just left and went somewhere else. 0/10 will not recommend.

I honestly wouldn’t not be so disappointed if the room had been $30 cheaper. It looked like a run down no-tell motel from the outside. However, the staff was polite and the room was clean.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate a later checkout as I ran in a marathon that day. This was also, honestly, one of the CLEANEST rooms I've ever stayed in! Only a 2.5 miles from downtown. Would definitely stay again. 👍👍
