Very comfortable hotel, easy in and out, easy parking. Checking experience could have been better (dead battery in door lock) but eventually given keys to another room after a couple of trips to front desk and waiting in hallway with all our luggage. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean and comfortable! Mattress, pillows and linens were very nice. Soft, smooth sheets. Quiet. Slept great! Plenty of space. Nice shower head. Parking lot and front entrance seemed to need more lighting ...only negative for me. Would stay here again.

Our stay was excellent from check in to check out. Receptionist were very kind and polite. Rooms were clean and very neat. My husband and I was discussing how comfortable the bed were. We enjoyed our over night stay. If have to come to Durham again, that will definitely be our place of stay. Thank You! ❤

Growing up the name Hilton would be related with comfort, class and cleanliness. It has fallen from the pedestal. The room we stayed in the 5th floor was 80 degrees when we arrived, so we turned the AC on, 4 hours later it was 76, called the front desk and they sent maintenance to check it out, at the same time we heard something fall in the bathroom. A vent cover had fallen from the top of a wall. Maintenance tried to fix the AC with no luck, the vent cover was supposed to be reattached the next day it didn't happened. Needless to say our whole stay was in a hot room with a vent wide open in the bathroom. They did supply an old box fan that was loud. There was no microwave in the room, so we had to warm my son's meals in the lobby's only microwave that was filthy. The corridor and both elevators were filthy with dirt and debris. There were posted signs at the door to use masks, but at least half of the guest did not have one on, especially in the morning when the restaurant was shoulder to shoulder with guests ordering and picking up their food. We will not be staying at any Hilton hotels from now on.
