The hotel is right on the campus of Utah State University which is really nice. It is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The room was spotless, Comfortable bed and good linens and towels. Upon arrival you are offered ice cream made on campus and the breakfast is very good. A great value and most importantly, very clean and well kept.

Loved the fact that it is on campus. My son is thinking about going to school there and we loved being able to walk right out to campus. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to everyone!

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the ice cream was a nice touch. Be aware that at least this weekend (7/3-7/5) seemed to have a number of small children who were not well behaved or managed by their parents and the noise was a nuisance early in the morning.

Fantastic staff. I watched them greet guests professionally. I watched them problem solve and own the issue and find a satisfactory solution. Only recommendation would be to have a way to provide water bottles as guests are checking out. We heard that asked for 5-6 times by the guests as they were going out into the heat.

Free ice cream was the highlight, but tub wasn’t draining the food ran out pretty quickly no high chairs and pretty small eating area altogether. Old blood on the sheets and only hand soap in the showers. I really wanted to like it but it is a little rougher than it needed to be.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The fireplace and TV in our suite did not work so they accommodated us and moved us to a standard room. The TV still malfunctioned, bathroom fan did not work, but the mattresses were nice. Property is a bit dated and needs mechanical uograding. It’s in a nice and convenient location on campus, and again, staff was very nice.

Elevator was acting up stopping and going and doors acting speratic, the drain plug in the bath tub was broke so we had to take it apart to take a bath, and hair on the ceiling and walls. Heater didnt adjust up or down set to 69deg only. The breakfast was exactly the same as you get at motel 6. Asked for a ground floor room at check in and called ahrlead but still got a 4th floor room near the elevator so it was a little noisey put towls under yhr door. The window didnt close all the way so we had noise from the front of the building. We got some ice cream for free. Staff was cool, we got some sleep but not worth $130... the check in desk wasnt clearly marked so we had to call and find out where to walk in.

Beautifully nestled in the heart of the USU campus. Room was very clean. No bugs or weird smells. Breakfast is housed on the 5th floor with a great sunrise view. Menu is what you would expect: eggs, waffle machine, pastries, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice, etc. Vouchers for free Aggie ice cream were a nice surprise. Will stay here again.

Campus was beautiful and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was great and the Aggie ice-cream was a nice bonus. Rooms were clean and the price was fair. Water pressure was a little low and the ice machine was not working on our floor but the staff responded promptly and politely when I pointed it out.

The room was nice but the bathroom was super small and really needs updated. The door was awful to open and close. Loved the two sinks though. One in the bathroom and one in room. Super convenient to campus. If you don’t need to go to campus, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
