Upon arrival it was a little frustrating and an inconvenience when the code was not sent after check in and registration. So after a long drive and night out before turning in, we were unable to get into the unit. Standing in the hall for about 45 min to an hour was unacceptable while trying to reach a live person that was able to help. After a long attempt we finally got into the unit. The place was clean, and nice, but for the amount paid that incident left a bad taste in our mouths when someone dropped the ball. Also parking was horrible. Tried charging $400+ for monthly parking when we were only there for 2 days. Parking should be included with the rental fee. That’s crazy.

Entire unit was clean and location was great. While no staff was onsite aside from cleaners, the contact number and messaging service was very responsive in a quick manner.

Great location and a very nice building overall. Unfortunately, we did experience a few issues during our stay. We had trouble getting into the apartment at check-in because the access code provided did not work. It took about 20 minutes to reach someone by phone and get the issue resolved. During our two-night stay, we had two rodent sightings inside the room, which was obviously concerning and disappointing. I did respond to a follow-up survey from the property owner or manager. While they were apologetic, the response felt somewhat automated, and I would have appreciated a more personal follow-up given the circumstances.

Room smelt really bad when we checked in. The floors and counters were really sticky and looked like they went in and swept really fast. The coach was also dirty with stains. When I tried to contact someone no would reach out to me. I finally got a response the next day at 12pm. Then they told me to get paper towels and cleaning supplies to clean myself. We would not be staying here again. As I travel for work. The plus side was a quiet area and bed was comfy and pillows. Also washer worked and dryer but had to provide my Owen laundry detergent.

Room was wonderful. Had an issue with door not automatically locking but when notifying the black swan they corrected. Was a great location. Parking was difficult but it was Mardi Gras. Highly recommend the Luzianne
