Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve.

Having stayed at the RIU a few times we thought we'd try something different to end our week away. We booked this last minute purely based on price and the picture but what a hidden gem. Was a bit nervous arriving, first time the taxi had ever been there, down a dirt road and greeted with a solid door and buzzer but you're in for a lovely surprise. Greeted immediately by staff, inside the walls there's a 5* safe haven, quiet, sereen, private and peaceful. The room (we stayed in 09 with a second bedroom attached) was better than the pictures, everything styled perfectly. The architecture is just unbelievable, built from mud/clay and straw, about as authentic as you can image, inside it's plastered, air conditioned. 2 swimming pools and plenty of double sun beds, staff delivering drinks and food as you need. Prices are fine, £4.50 for a glass of wine. The evening meal was truly excellent, lamb shank (£17), chicken tagine, mixed Moroccan starters. Breakfast just as delicious. Honestly one of the best meals we've had. If you want a few nights of peace and tranquillity with a spa like vibe, this is for. We'll be back :)

Un magnifique endroit isolé. Idéal pour se reposer ou profiter loin de l’effervescence de la ville. Le personnel est adorable. L’hôtel propose des services de spa et de restauration sur place. Idéal du fait de l’éloignement de la ville mais les prix sont de ce fait également plus chers. Nous y avons passé un agréable WE.

Magnifique hôtel, hôtel qui a une âme, bien pensé et belle architecture, intimiste, possibilité de privatiser, personnel très agréable et serviable, et par dessus tout un Chef Cuisinier extraordinaire, nous avons eu un Coup de Cœur pour cet hôtel, digne actuellement d’un très bon 4 étoiles Le SPA et le personnel du SPA discret et agréable. De nombreuses piscines, ouvertes le soir pour un dernier bain, piscines intimiste . Cet hôtel est comme un jardin secret Merci à toute l’équipe

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument incroyable ! Cet hôtel en plein cœur de la palmeraie est un véritable havre de paix où tout s'est déroulé à la perfection. Le lieu en lui-même est magnifique, de la beauté du cadre au design du restaurant : tout est un plaisir pour les yeux. Un immense merci au personnel, qui est d'une gentillesse et d'une sympathie incroyables, toujours aux petits soins pour nous. Côté table, la cuisine est excellente. Si l'on devait suggérer une toute petite optimisation (vraiment pour pinailler, tant le séjour était parfait) : ajouter encore plus de choix à la carte du restaurant, notamment des spécialités marocaines, pour nous donner envie d'y prolonger nos séjours. C'est un détail face à l'expérience vécue. Nous avons passé un moment magique dans un cadre idyllique avec des personnes formidables. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Mijn verblijf bij Bliss Terra Janna was een gemengde ervaring. Laat ik beginnen met de positieve punten: de locatie is prachtig en het hotel zelf ziet er visueel erg mooi uit. Het design en de uitstraling geven echt een luxe gevoel, en een aantal medewerkers waren oprecht vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas waren er ook meerdere minpunten die mijn verblijf hebben beïnvloed. Tijdens mijn verblijf is mijn nieuwe koffer beschadigd geraakt, en dit is door het hotel niet naar tevredenheid opgelost. Dat was erg teleurstellend, zeker gezien de prijs en uitstraling van het hotel. Daarnaast viel het eten tegen. De kwaliteit stond niet in verhouding tot de prijzen, die aan de hoge kant zijn. Ook de kosten voor vervoer via het hotel zijn buitensporig hoog, ik merkte dat een taxi via het hotel tot wel zes keer duurder was dan een Uber. Verder zijn de bedden erg hard, wat het slaapcomfort niet ten goede komt. Ook zijn er relatief weinig faciliteiten beschikbaar, zeker voor een hotel dat zich in dit segment positioneert. Al met al is Bliss Terra Janna een nieuw hotel met veel potentie en een mooie uitstraling, maar er zijn duidelijk nog verbeterpunten nodig op het gebied van service, prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en comfort.
