Be aware that you will have to present a $50 deposit at check in. It has been 48+ hours since check out and my transaction is still pending. I know this fairly normal today, but also with the cost of living having $50 missing for days is hard. The staff were nice, breakfast was okay, the pancake maker is slow and always had a significant line. The pool was great, gym had everything for good cardio and light weight workout. Over all a great stay, we will be back!

Brand new hotel and it was clean. Fought to keep air cool all night and the TV wouldn't work without connection to personal apps.

The furniture (a desk chair, a small desk, two bedside tables, a bed) was sparse. The room was quite large with plenty of room for a couple of comfortable reading chairs or a couch. Also, the walls were bare (no pix). The tub was great. We understand that you had not been open very long, and we hope the bare-bones nature of the room is temporary. Otherwise, great.

Here is what makes it or breaks it for me…a clean cool room to sleep in. It was very clean as it’s brand new. They must have some sort of governor on the AC. I bumped the temp down 4 degrees when I arrived and over 12 hours later it was 1 degree down. Such a disappointment as I am in the area frequently and I like Tru hotels.

The room was clean and fresh and the air was nice and cool after being out in the heat all day. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. However the mini fridge was not working. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

We had to switch rooms because our thermostat wasn’t working. The gal at the desk was awesome. Very accommodating. I used the fitness center. We had been on the road three days and it felt good to get some exercise. This was a new facility with superb amenities. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The place looked nice and was clean. The negatives….The room was hot. It would not get cool. We all woke up many times sweating. You can hear a lot from others while in the halls. A lot of foot action from the floor above us while in our room.

Hotels.com Where you aware that this place was newly built and my reservation were for May 9th arrive and May 10th depart. Big surprise folks this place will not open until May 12 2026 SO I had to scramble to get moved to Home 2 by Hilton just down the road and what gets me today is the 10th and you folks don't even know you had a problem I'd get this problem solved that has to do with your bookings I gave you a 3 on everything because I couldn't comment or judge this Place Alan Johnson

It was fine for one night. Brand new hotel so there is still a little construction dust to clean up. Room was surprisingly noisy for a new build - you can hear cars outside and HVAC is kind of loud. No local tv channels (as of yet) so it appears that you need to log into apps on the tv. Did not see a way to use airplay from device. Breakfast was ok - yogurt was overly sweet and not too appealing as is extruded out of a machine
